I got a ton of compliments. The dress hit midi on me but I am tall. The ruching of the bodice means it fits well but not too tightly.

The reviewers are right that this dress runs very small through the chest. The smocking isn’t extremely stretchy like the kind you see on a Hill House dress, so that’s something to keep in mind. That said, I had almost skipped ordering it because of those reviews. I ended up renting it on my last haul and I’m really glad I did. I usually have the opposite problem where dresses are too big in the chest and I’m left with a lot of gaping fabric. If you’re smaller chested, this dress might actually be really flattering and make you feel great. It fits closer through the bust in a way that feels intentional instead of loose or empty.

This dress was super pretty and came with tags. Wanted to love it but it didn’t work for my body type. I have a short torso and the straps were way too loose. If I pulled it down to fit it was way too low. It’s going back

Love this light, cotton dress so much— I want to buy! Really great for a pear body shape and smaller chest. I would definitely size up for a bigger bust, as it’s not as stretchy as you would think.

If you’re looking for a spring/summer staple, this is it. The material is nice and airy, and the smocking detail adds a bit of stretch. The cut of the neckline and sleeves are so flattering too.

Straps fell down a lot throughout the night but otherwise i loved this.

It was too tight for me and was cutting into my underarms, otherwise, cute. Debated getting a size up but even then, the dress didn't seem too impressive, so maybe not.
