I rented both the M and the L for my birthday night out with friends, and ended up wearing the M, which fit me like a glove. The dress was very comfortable because of the satin lining but was also easy to move in and not too heavy. The back cutout and the detailing in the leather made me feel very sexy without showing a whole lot. My bra straps did pop out the side a little because of the structure of the back snaps, but not so much that it ever bothered me (and this would not be a problem with fashion tape or a smaller bust size). Looks good in photos, but better in person, and ensues lots of compliments from strangers. Does need a necklace and shoes that can stand up to style/edginess the dress. Enjoy! :)

I was worried because I thought I'd need a medium, but only a small and large were available, but the small fit perfectly and I usually wear a 4 or 6. In the picture on the model the dress looks wrinkly, but it's not that way at all when you put it on. Truly loved this dress and I wish I didn't have to send it back!

This dress is the most comfortable leather dress I have ever worn! I'm obsessed with the edginess of it and the cutout back! I got so many compliments! The size Medium that I typically wear was not available for my rental start date, so I opted for the large and was thankful that it ran small! I had a little wiggle room which made for a comfortable fit. I would highly recommend this dress because you can dress it up or down depending on the occasion! Also, even though there is a cutout back, it is cut high enough that you can wear a standard bra!

This dress was perfect for a night out in Vegas. I rented online and then I was able to return my order at the RTR store at the Cosmopolitan RTR store, which was so convenient. Fit is true to size, and I was able to wear a regular bra even with the cutout in the back.

Wore for the opening number of a rock-and-roll themed pageant with gold accessories and got tons of compliments! Was a little nervous about the sizing since a medium wasn't available (I am a true 4) but a small fit perfectly. Definitely needed a bra to fill out the top though. Only complaint was that it appeared a little wrinkly (although I rarely wear leather so that might just be a leather thing) but I loved the dress overall!

I felt so comfortable and sexy in this dress. I wore it to a concert at the Hard Rock in Las Vegas. I was able to dance the night away comfortably and got so many compliments!

Bust was a little stretch out so I should have gone down a size even though Im a 32DD.

The S was damaged, so RTR contacted me ahead of time to arrange a different backup. Sadly the XS arrived damaged, too. Looks like the precious wearer sat in it for a long time. The seam under the zipper was torn out and there was a bulge in the area that was (for me) right above my butt. In theory, this dress is awesome. Great mix of edgy and fun. Was so looking forward to wearing it. Not sure leather holds up to multi-user rental, as it does tend to stretch to each wearers proportions.

I rented both M and L and last minute the L was unavailable. I was able to get the M dress to zip but it was just too short. I'm 5'8" and 37 yrs old. I might have been able to pull this off 10 years ago but not this time. Perhaps if the L was available it might have had a little extra length.

I went with the small and the medium as a back up, after reading other renters' reviews. The small was bunching and riding at my hips and waist, and slightly too big on top. The medium fit fine in the hips and waist, but was HUGE on top. Like, see-my-bra huge. Because there is no give in the fabric, I couldn't fudge the small. I was very disappointed in this dress, as I was wanting to wear it out on the town in Vegas. Bummer.
