It fit me perfectly in my opinion, however I have broad shoulders so it was slightly tight under my arms. Nothing too bad to complain about though because it definitely helped me keep the dress up. The dress is a thicker material which is perfect for cooler evenings ( >60 F) and I felt perfectly fine while dancing too. I did wear a strapless bra but now that I think back on the evening, I didn't even need it. My boyfriend couldn't keep his eyes off of me!

Even though I order regular length, the tail was longer than I thought so I had to wore the tallest heels I own. I love the design of the dress so so much because the beading was really pretty and the peplum top hid the food baby lol.

Fit well, didn't fall down or anything. FYI-There is a slit in the back (from the ground up) that I believe goes to mid-calf or the knees. Overall great dress. I was very happy with it and would recommend it to anyone looking for a classy dress that isn't overly fancy. I wore this to my office Christmas party.

I bought the 8L, I 'm 5'11" , the gown was still long enough with my 3 inch heels. It 's a slim straight fit which I love . I will continue to buy from RTR. My boss loved the dress so much she will using your services for 2 Galas in DC, one with the Obama's and the other is a fund raiser. With RTR she will raise plenty. Thanks!!!!!!

This dress fits me well, overall it's a gorgeous gown. Can't complain at all!

This is just an exceptional dress. Beading in the bodice, the vibrant colors, the material, everything is top notch. Also, don't expect a problem taking it in, because I expect to lose more weight prior to wedding.

fit is true to size, although top could be big for less "busty" gals. More beading than shown in pictures. I was worried it would be too top heavy but i thought it was actually pretty flattering.

Great fit! I wore it with a regular strapless bra and it didn't slip, and I felt that it was flattering in the waist. Sort of made my hips look a little big though. I'm 5'9" and like to wear tall heels and it was still long enough. The brocade/beading is lovely and subtle. Easy to match accessories.

I ordered this dress as a back up and I went with my first coice but I know how much I depend upon reviews so here goes. The bodice and peplum are gorgeous - the picture can not do the beading, detail, and colors justice. The fit was perfect - true to size and very flattering on my body type: 36D bust and big behind. My tummy is inconsistent so I ordered this dress just in case I would end up having one of "those" days. If I did, this dress would have been the comfortable choice. The material is a bit heavy making it perfect for a holiday/fall/winter affair.

Because another size was not available for the dress I originally ordered, RTR sent this instead. It was very nice and though it wasn't to my taste and I didn't wind up wearing it, it was very nice and I was very pleased with RTR for sending a backup dress. Still thoroughly pleased with RTR!

This dress reminded me of Mad Men and I immediately wanted to wear it. However, the ruffle, bow, brocade, and beading all made this dress a little bit overwhelming. Also, on me, the bottom of the ruffle hit at the widest part of my hips which only accentuated them. It would probably suit nicely a taller woman with a more straight figure--the ruffle and bow would help create the illusion of curves. But if you have natural curves, you should probably pick something else. I ended up going with the backup dress I ordered....
