The cut-outs are little stars, its very cute! There is no lining and no pockets, I used smaller pouches to keep my things neat, but it fit everything I needed! The strap is adjustable so you could wear it many ways. I loved the color, it's perfect for spring!

I used this bag for about a week and it was perfect for shopping, a concert, and a baseball game. I found it to be just the right size - fit a slim wallet, umbrella, water bottle, and a pair of Keds without being too big. The only downside is that it sheds a bit, white/blue clingy stuff.

Nice bag, wish it came with instructions on how to adjust the strap...looks like you could, but didn't want to take a risk and damage it. Rented on unlimited, cute bag.
