Love the professional look of this dress for work in D.C.! I'm typically a 2 in previous RTR styles, but this one I sized up due to being a tad tight in my stomach/hips (probably didn't help that I tried this on after a huge meal!). Light-weight fabric, which was perfect for the D.C. humidity! If concerned about hugging curves, I recommend sizing up. All together a great dress that I wish I could purchase for everyday work wear!

I'm a size 6 and wore a 6. True to size and fit like a glove. I wore it to work. My husband loved it! I'll probably rent again through my subscription with RTR.

This is plain and simple done right. I am 5'3 and it rides a little when I walk or sit, but it is perfect cut and outlines the right parts. I work at a traditional office so the black dress fits right in. It felt good and easy. However, this is the RTR dress I didn't get a compliment.

This dress says navy but it is so dark that it looks black. A very simple dress but an AMAZING fit! I wore this to church and to work one day and got so many compliments! Someone even said I looked like a model - Ha! The dress is form fitting but loose enough to not be uncomfortable.

Paired it with a white collared button down and green heels (on St. Patty's). Loved the look and the fabric... but between the undershirt and the Irish-fare for lunch, it felt a smidge tight (especially through the chest and shoulders) and I probably would have been a bit more comfortable in the 8.

I really loved this dress. Even came with the tags still on it!! Could be dressed up or down. Such a well made dress. Material was thick and very slimming. Accentuated all the right areas. Fit perfect. I didn't want to give it back! This would be a great piece to have in your closet, it's so versatile. The length was just above my knee and it was almost too sexy for work ;) The color is very dark blue, almost black. Will most likely rent this one again!!

This dress was a very classy work dress. I am very pear shaped and it was a bit tight on my hips and rode up as a walked around. It also was very wrinkled after a day of mostly sitting.

Many brands these days are overly vanity sized. Theory isn't one. I generally wear a 0, this one was slightly snug. But that's just how Theory tends to fit me. I probably should have gotten a 2. Overall, really liked this except the fact it kept riding up a lot. But that might be because of my booty :)

The dress was nice, it definitely looked way more black than blue at all. The dress runs a bit small and the sleeve of the dress i ordered had a hem that was undone - thankfully I had fashion tape to fix it for the party. Even though it wasn't the look I was going for, I still received compliments on the dress. The dress itself is also very very casual.

You can tell this is a quality dress, flattening and easy to wear.

Great shift dress. Lightweight but quality fabric with decent stretch. Good length (3" ish above my knees). Would rent again. Heads up this navy is the almost black navy. If my chest were smaller could have gone down a size.

Casual and plain. Very easy to dress up into a more formal work dress or turn it more casual. Good staple.

I wore this to my 10 year high school reunion and it was perfect! The invitation described the event as casual but it was taking place in a modern hotel bar downtown, so I wanted to be a little dressy without being over the top. The fit was incredibly flattering-- I got so many compliments! I could have dressed it up more or styled it differently for pretty much any occasion. I was really sad to have to return it after the event!
