I sized down based on other reviews. The pleating is beautiful and fabric is nice and thick. It is not see through but I do recommend wearing a slip because the skirt sticked to my legs due to static. The waist does have a slight stretch to it.

The pink and black print is very cute but the dress can look matronly and a little washed out without some accessories to break it up. I paired it with a leather jacket, belt and some booties and received several compliments. The medium was unavailable so I rented a large. Would recommend renting your normal size, because the sleeves are a little long.

Paired with black ankle booties, this dress was so cute and didn't make my 38DDD feel tight or perceived larger. With nice details throughout, I can see how it can transform to several looks. For the hourglass ladies, this is a great fit without it hugging your curves. This is a any-season-but-summer dress as the material is definitely a tad thicker. Even at regular price, this is a steal to keep in your closet. I am pretty sure I will be adding to mine.

Wore this to work and a girls dinner afterwards. This dress was very comfortable. I wish I could buy the skirt separately. I tried wearing a skinny belt but didn't love the look. Definitely true to size.

I loved this dress. The fabric is better suited for spring or fall. Even though it is flowy, it is has a bit of thickness. It is not transparent at all which is nice. Will rent again when it's not summer.

I got compliments all day long in this dress — sorry o forgot to take a photo — but as another member said, you need to style it with some edgier pieces so you don’t look to schoolmarm-ish. I definitely had to add a belt to pull in the waist a bit, but a smaller size would have been too tight on the shoulders. Pretty, but I’m not sure I’d order again.

Others mentioned little house on the prairie… I didn’t think it’d be that bad since the model and other reviewers looked nice. Fiancé agreed once I had it on - pilgrim vibe. Overall, it did fit and was comfortable. Just not the right style for me

The waist hit me in a weird spot. I tried adding a belt and that just brought attention to the fit issues. The center lace detail is somewhat see-through. A cami fixed that issue for me. I'm normally a 4/6 and the small fit a little big.

This is cute but the collar and waist not having a belt just felt flat.

For was a little off. Didn't hit at my natural waist. Some what loose in areas. Not too flattering even with a belt. Great flow and material, but I just couldn't make it work.

I selected an XL because of other reviews. There was a lot of extra material. I don't feel like it flattered my body type. Didn't wear it, maybe will try another size.

Wore this for a dinner at a trendy restaurant and to work since getting it. I had several compliments from people with some really different styles at work, so I assume it's universally appealing. Very comfortable and works well for a variety of occasions.

The sleeves were a little long and with the stretchy waist I could’ve probably sized down, but I loved the length and flow of the dress. Very comfortable. Perfect for when you want to be stylish, but not tight or revealing.

I'm regularly a size 12 and the XL fit me fine. It was a little baggy in the top, which is surprising given my chest size, but I couldn't have sized down in the waist or hips. (Though it is quite forgiving with the fabric and the pleats.) Overall, it was just too much fabric between the high neck, long skirt and generous sleeves, and I just didn't end up wearing it.

Fit was good and it was comfy to wear...as people have said, the waist is cinched and looks like it needs a belt to finish the look. I did what I could to "blouse" it up on top. The top part would make an awesome blouse! Overall, not a fave but not a total fail.
