This feather jacket was gorgeous! Sadly, I only wore it for a bout 10 minutes as it was really too tight and not flattering on me. It was a great photo prop and would be beautiful on someone less curvy.  

I wore the Glitz dress to a Great Gatsby-themed 50th birthday party for a friend and at the last moment, I thought this Landau bolero might be both fashionable to the look and useful, given the temperatures.  I didn't realize that it would add such glamour to the entire look and I felt GREAT wearing it!  I was also surprised at how warm it was.  I through the gloves on (my own) at the last minute because of the shorter sleeve length, but I would recommend this piece if you want to add a great touch.  It sheds a little, but not too badly.

This is just stunning.  I have black hair and didn't think this would work at first.  I'd tried it on with the red dresses several times and rejected it each time in favor of a black mink.  However, after I had my hair and makeup done, I put it on just to see one last time and I was struck by how beautiful it was.  I've never worn anything like it before but it was stunning.  It totally made the outfit!  I wore it with the Nicole Miller Exotic Spice gown, Nicole Miller Maple Leaf necklace, Kate Spade Garden Estate Bracelet, and diamond studs.  It also looks stunning with the Bagdley Mischka Beauty in a Bottle Gown. 

FIT FOR A SIZE 6-8-10....IN OTHER WORDS A MEDIUM.  I'M 5' 8" TALL SLENDER BUILD W/ SMALL 'C' BUST...ITEM FIT NICELY & I WAS ABLE TO CARRY OFF THE VOLUME OF THIS PIECE. 

When I tried this bolero on in the store it was perfect! I was able to drape it over my shoulder as well as put it on and was able to latch the hook. When I received it it was much smaller than the one in the store. I ended up just wearing it without draping it over my shoulders like I originally planned. It was perfect! I wore it over my dress the entire night and wasn't hot! Luckily I am hourglass shaped so my top is smaller than my bottom or else I would not have been able to fit it. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because of my initial shock of how much smaller it was when I received it. Overall I would recommend this to others. 

I wanted to make sure 'glam' was included in my Big Day so this was perfect. My only complaint was that it arrived with a red lipstick stain on the left shoulder. It looks as though someone had previously tried to clean it out, but it's pretty soiled in the feathers. However, it was minor in comparison to the full affect of this piece to any outfit. Although, the piece is feather-based, most folks mistook it as fur! I was also pleasantly surprised by the low rental cost.

When I first opened this up, I thought that I would never wear it...A couple of the feathers were all funky and it didn't look classy (at first).  I hung it up and let it "fluff out" a bit.  The next day when I put it on, I couldn't believe how warm it was (our event was in the Spring in Chicago...on a boat!) and how much it punched up my outfit...recommend if wearing something that is sleeveless.

I used this for a 1930's Murder Mystery at my work and it was perfect. It was comfortable, warm, and cute! The only thing is.. READ THE DETAILS (because I didn't). I was expecting it to be fur and it is down feathers, that was my fault though. I highly recommend this item! (The necklace and earrings are also from Rent the Runway)

I loved this -- I used it for my 1930's costume and it was perfectly soft, silk-lined, and comfortable. 

I still regret sending this item back. From the moment I tried it on, I felt like a veritable star. It was beautiful, comfortable, WARM and looked simply my favorite part of the outfit. I will be finding another reason to rent this again...or buying a similar jacket for myself.

This jacket was the perfect final touch to my wedding ensemble. So warm and fun. Love, love love! 

Fit was great, just what I needed to complete my look.

Bolero style great for any dressy occasion . Best with a sleeveless dress. 

This runs small as others mentioned. I didn't actually wear it because it was too warm 80 that day. Not the norm for MI first of May. I was planning to wear as a shrug I knew I wouldn't be able to button it. 

I didn't actually get to wear this shawl because my venue was too hot!  It was perfect for the look I was going for though and was very clean and soft and comfortable when I tried it on.  

Not great for warmth, but looks luxurious and fab!

This is the perfect accent for a spring event but could easily carry over into fall or winter. The plush feathers and soft shape add a feminine touch to any ensemble without being overwhelming. It's glamorous and chic - and just a touch ostentatious to make sure you are the center of attention. The feathers shed slightly, but this was barely noticeable - and the only reasons I am not giving it a 5 star. 

This fit and looked exactly as I expected from the photo.  It is very nice quality.

Very beautiful, classy, soft.  Only con was that it was slightly big.  I'm very petite (skinny) so this was a statement piece on me.  It definitely worked for me and was best option for a cover-up regardless.  Just keep that in mind.  See how in the profile picture it kind of comes up on shoulders making upper body look bigger than it is.  Sort of like that, but it's such a classy piece you can get away with it.

I thought this would be a perfect item to go with my Piano Key Dress but it didn't fit! I do have a hard time fitting things through my shoulders and bust but I didn't think it would be a problem for something like this. I really needed a wrap or something without arm holes. I am kind of bummed that it didn't fit and especially since RTR doesn't offer refunds on accessories if they don't fit. Just beware! I guess I am glad it didn't fit anyway because the keys on my dress were ivory and this was white so it would have looked funny anyway. Oh well!

Rented for my daughter who was a Jr. Bridesmaid for a December wedding. Complemented her dress perfectly, looked beautiful & kept her warm. She is 5'3", 105 lbs, it fit great.

I wore this over a dress on a freezing evening in NYC in the winter when there was snow. I was so warm in this and didn't need anything else. Great choice for a cold night. 

Fit nicely. Kept me warm, but not uncomfortably so, for a late September outdoor wedding.

I freakin' loved this. I wore it at my wedding as things were winding down at the end of the night. I instantly felt like a movie star. Keep in mind it's made of feathers, not fur. It's very light, so don't count on it for warmth. Give yourself an extra day before you wear it so you an hang it up and let it fluff up. It arrived very compressed.

Arms were pretty skinny with no stretch to them.  I squeezed in but needed help getting out of it!
