I absolutely adore this dress!  It’s very comfortable, nicely made, hugs my curves and received lots of compliments.  A bit long but worth wearing. 

A little tough to zip up over the waste line but once it's on it fits snug and feels light. The liner is slimming which creates a body glove affect. I will be buying this dress.

Wore twice to work. Once without a cami (but it was low!). Very work appropriate and nothing crazy but cute and professional. 

This dress is very comfortable and very professional! It it low cut in the front, so I added a lace bralette and it’s perfect for work!

Great option if you want a quick and easy statement for business. The low cut top is easily solved with a safety pin so don’t let that discourage you. I felt sexy but with plenty of coverage. 

This dress was perfect for work and church. It’s low cut but you can wear a cami under to make it more modest.

I really loved this dress. I felt so good in it and it hugged all the right places. The front was a little too low cut for me but a simple cami made it great! I got many compliments on this at work. 

This dress is really classy and beautiful. Kind of like wearing a suit. The 14 wasn't available so I got the 16. It fit but it was overall just a bit too big. I think the 14 would have been perfect. It's really nice and thick material.

Love it!  Beautifully cut, comfortable and fit like a dream.  Depending on the designer I am between an 8/10.  I wore the 10 in this and it was perfect.  I did wear a bandeau bra as the dress on its own is a bit too low cut for work.  I will definitely rent this again!

This dress was super cute.  Flattering and classy.  Only issue was the front was a little low cut.  You may need to use a safety pin or tape to keep it together.  Would rent again for sure

There is a nice stretch to this dress and it hugs your curves. Top is a little low for work - I added a cami. I really love this brand for dresses to wear to the office!

I needed a sophisticated outfit for a meeting and this was perfect. I have an hourglass/ figure. My bottom half is larger than the top (flat chested). Bottom fit amazing, but the top portion was way too big and I need to wear a cami to keep everything hidden. Other than that, it was comfortable, beautiful, and the perfect outfit. 

Runs true to size. I didn't love the fit of the dress on me, but it was good for mixing up my work wardrobe (with a cami under it). It was definitely too low cut on me without it. 

I loved this dress. It ran small but still fit. The neckline seems like it runs open to your waist. Ladies with bigger girls will need a cami underneath. Very hard to zip in the belt area. I could not zip or unzip without help. 

I wore this to a work event so I ended up wearing a black tank top under to prevent too much cleavage from showing. Great fit. Flattering. Professional but pretty. Size was perfect for my measurements 

I wore this for a big work meeting and I got so many compliments. A woman there was so thrilled by this outfit she signed up for RTR lol. The reason I'm doing 4 instead of 5 stars because (as other reviews have noted), this can be quite low cut. As a more endowed woman, this made me uncomfortable for work without an undershirt. Hence the undershirt. I also am dinging the score a little because the zipper was pretty tough to work. With all that said, would wear again 

As a tall woman with curves, this hit my hips wrong and was snug there but too loose at the top half/chest. Also, high slit at back. Overall boring, even if it had fit…

Yes it was low cut, but my office doesn't mind.  Flattering style for the sexy office girl. Thick fabric kept me warm. Many compliments. Not your average boring grey dress.  

You know those outfits that make you feel like a million bucks?  This is one of those.  The fit was perfection, the fabric weight was luxe.  EVERY person I saw the day I wore it complimented me.  I decided it was too perfect to send back.

The dress is really comfortable and great for work, although I had to wear it with a slip underneath to prevent the top from showing too much. The sleeves are just the right amount of poofy and the shape of the dress is really flattering. 

I LOVED this dress. It's such a nice mix of business professional and style. Really well made. I probably could have gotten away with an 8 in the waist/hips, but I have broad shoulders and the 10 was necessary for the shoulders to be comfortable and not feel tight. Because I needed the shoulder room, it was slightly big in the bust and I used a safety pin to keep it closed so I wouldn't worry about it during the meeting. Got lots of compliments from both male and female coworkers!

This dress will grow on you. I liked it when I first put it on, but it wears great throughout the day, no wrinkles and hugs your curves as you move. 

Shoulders are a tad much and you definitely need a cami underneath for work - it's not even close - but material, color, length and waistline are fabulous. 

Like others said, definitely needs a cami underneath so I accented it with red-and a red necklace and shoes. Got so many compliments and felt amazing in it. Safe enough in length for this older lady to wear it!

Wore this for a dinner out at a tradeshow. Comfortable and cute. The only thing I did not like is that it was a little low cut and the top kept opening up. 

This was a high quality dress and I would have given 5 stars, but it did take a few pins to get the top to stay in place.

Couldn’t find a way to pin the top closed and keep bra/too much boob from showing. 

I liked the fit everywhere but the bust. I may just be too high in the chest. I had to pin the wrap closure higher. But so many compliments in this one!

Beautiful quality dress. A little too roomy in the hips. 

Would be really cute if it had a way to fasten the top. Huge gaping at the chest.
