This dress was eveything! It fit beautifully. So many compliments.  I normally wear a 12 but have a large chest, so the 14 fit well and I did not need a bra.  The only note was the V at the top needed alot of tending to prior to wear- steamer, light iron and even clips- to make sure it was standing up appropriately.  


This dress is so beautiful, comfortable, and elegant. It snatches you in all the right places and looks so sexy when you’re walking. At the same time, it’s classy and chic. Usually with strapless clothing, I have to keep pulling it up bc I have a small chest, but this one stayed perfectly snug. The only uncomfortable thing was that the hook on the back zipper of the dress was stabbing me if I put my back against a chair. Other than that, this dress was a HIT 💙

Looks just like the picture and was surprisingly comfortable. I did wear Spanx underneath, but that was more a personal preference, and probably could have gone without them based on the way the dress fits (if you're not trying to squeeze into a smaller size). Received tons of compliments on it throughout the night. It was easy to move it and the top stayed up well even though it's strapless. 

The fit was perfect. I was worried the length was going to be too long but it was just right. Overall the dress was a comfortable and elegant. I got so many compliments and highly recommended this for a black tie event



 

Got lots of complements on this dress. I was looking for a dress with an interesting neckline and this one definitely delivered. 

This dress was amazing - great fit, beautiful color - just a stunner. 


Only issue is that it was a bit big in the chest area. I managed fine but it wasn’t the ideal fit there. Otherwise I received so many compliments. 

Received so many compliments. Petite sizes were unavailable, but surprisingly, the regular length fit my 4’11" height perfectly! It was made of lightweight material and was very comfortable. Love this dress <3

I wore this to a gala and even the keynote speaker asked me “WHO ARE WE WEARING!!” It was a beautiful dress and I didn’t go more than 10 min without someone complimenting it. It was a humbling moment to be able to wear something so special. 

Dress fit perfectly, and was very comfortable for the event. I’m typically a size 4, but went with a size 6.  I kept styling simple because the dress spoke for itself.  I highly recommend this dress for a formal affair—received lots of compliments! 💙

This dress fit beautifully and I did not have to pull it up constantly like you do most strapless dresses. I sized up and I'm glad I did. I got compliments on it all night!

Perfect for black tie wedding - recommend doing petite sizing if ~5'1 or below!

This dress truly fit so well. It made me look like i had a figure which i do not, and had silicone around to top to keep from falling down. It was slightly large in the back, but i don’t think it was noticeable. Let me tell you - I’ve never received so many compliments on a dress. I felt incredible and comfortable. Highly recommend!!!

I’m 5’4” 128 lbs and the 2R was perfect 

Got nonstop compliments on this! I wore a size 4 at 16 weeks pregnant and it was tighhhhtttt but it worked (I’m 140 lbs pregnant ignore my RTR fit profile). If I wasn’t pregnant it would’ve been perfect. 

This is high quality and in great shape. I wore it for a black tie event! I’m 5’4 and this was perfect on me with heels. If you’re really tall this might not be for you. 

No bra needed for me which is rare.  Looks weird on hanger but great on.  Felt like a Barbie!  Many compliments.  Felt like I had to sit up and stand up straight. 2 inch heal was perfect. 

I. Love. This. Dress. 

The “V” detail on front is striking and draws the eye. The color of the dress is a beautiful vibrant blue. It is strapless but I didn’t feel exposed, nor did I have to constantly adjust the top. 

With shape wear underneath (which I found necessary) it was difficult to use the restroom and I found that I needed to practically take the whole thing off. I would recommend shape wear you don’t need to remove entirely to relieve yourself. (Lesson learned for me!)

Overall, great dress and I would rent this again in a heartbeat.

Wore this to a black tie wedding. Loved the color and the fit worked out great. Received ton of compliments and felt glamorous! Definitely recommend. My only complaint is I forgot how annoying it is to wear a strapless dress. Felt like I needed to pull it up a lot when dancing. 

Regular dress size is an 8. Needed to reorder it in a 10 long. 5’6” and wore 2.5” heels. Even if I wore flats the 10 regular was too short and fell at my ankle almost 

This was the perfect dress to wear to a black-tie wedding in Chicago in January. I had originally ordered a size 6 and 8 based on my measurements and a size chart I had found for the brand on a different site. When they arrived and were both too big, I messaged Rent the Runway. They overnighted me a size 4 and all I had to do was pay for shipping! Seriously saved the day. I got SO many compliments in this dress. Plus it stayed up all night, which is tough to find in a strapless dress. 

This dress fit like an absolute glove and was a showstopper.  All the compliments, and I didn't want to take it off!  I'm 5'11" and it was long enough in heels for me

I rented this dress to wear to a gala event with a “sapphire” theme and it was absolutely perfect. It’s unique without being weird- and elegant without being boring. The dress is a little shorter than most. I’m 5’7 and typically wear a 6R but ended up going with the 6L wearing 2’ heels and the dress was barely long enough. But overall, thought it was great!

Quite possibly my favorite RTR dress ever! The fit was perfect, color is gorgeous, and detailing on the top is exquisite. I got TONS of compliments. 

Beautiful gown! Perfect for my awards night 

I used dress tape to hold down the top front pieces - it didn't really need it but it felt like they stuck out.  I am short ( 5'4") and with heels it was very easy to dance in.  a little tricky getting in and out of the car - not much width.  I loved wearing it and received tons of compliments.

Received compliments all night! Runs a little small but fit just right in the bigger size. The color is spectacular. Highly recommend! 

I wore this for my formal and love it!!! I was skeptical at first, but the color looked great!! The dress was pretty well fitted, maybe just a little big but perfect and no complaints!

Snug enough that I didn't need a bra. The material is thick enough that it has some structure and isn't too revealing. Beautiful color. I wore it to a black tie gala.

The fit was incredibly flattering, the fabric felt high-quality, and it photographed beautifully. As a true pear shape, I added a bit of fashion tape at the top to prevent slipping. I’m usually very self‑conscious in strapless dresses because they often look like they’re about to slide off, but the front embellishment on this one completely hid those insecurities. I would absolutely rent this again!

Wore this to a black tie wedding and it worked great + was very comfortable! It was a little loose/droopy in the chest, but I am super flat chested - probably could have gone down a size. 

Stunning dress! However- SIZE up! It’s a zipper in the back and I normally wear a 8 or 10 and this was a 12R and I could’ve easily gotten the 14R. So be sure to size up! There are wires in the front that are a little uncomfortable too. But they also help the form fit in the front that is so flattering. :)

I’m usually between a 2 and 4, and this was way too big on me. It kept slipping down and I had to pin it just to make it work. The structured pieces in the front also didn’t sit flush against my chest and kept opening up, which made the fit feel awkward. I could actually tell someone had previously taped that area before.

That said, I got a lot of compliments and the dress is undeniably beautiful. I just never felt totally comfortable or confident in the fit. My guess is this would be stunning if you got one that was brand new or less worn, because the construction/design itself is gorgeous. Just be aware the fit may be tricky, especially if you’re petite or between sizes.

Size up! I so glad I ordered a back up . I normally wear a size 8 but I’m so glad I ordered the 10 this time. I got a lot of compliments from people and I enjoyed the dress.

It’s hard to blame the dress. It’s gorgeous, well made, I got TONS of compliments. But if you don’t have the hour glass figure, I just don’t know. I had to tape the top all over to get it to stay. Plus, tall and skinny gals, the 2 doesn’t come in tall so I wore the 4 for the length. But that being said I would still have had to tape the top even if the smaller size. 
Read the other reviews. She’s a beauty, but you gotta be well endowed, I think. 

Perfect dress but the bust area is way too small. :/
