very elevated - the pants were a bit too casual but they were the best high waisted option. 

This jacket is fitted and has shoulder pads. It was a great piece to style with dress pants for work events. Loved the gold buttons as well as the stretch.  

I wore this with jeans and with the matching shorts. Love L'Agence and this set was no different.

I wanted to love this jacket but was underwhelmed. I tried several outfits with it. Maybe because I’m shorter, but the shape was not flattering with many pieces due to the length. Def a one time rental only for me.

I wore this for an afternoon of shopping in Charleston and got multiple compliments. It's very cute, but be aware that it is going to feel cropped if you're long-waisted like me. 

Wore this with anything for work and it looked amazing

Shoulder pads alert! They are quite 'present' but chic. So if shoulder pads are not your thing, skip it. I found it very easy to style. Buttoned up for work, single button with inner tank for casual.

Wore this over a dress and it was the perfect addition. It's a little cropped and I'm self conscious of my tummy post partum so I didn't feel comfortable wear it with pants, unless they were very high waisted

I think I wore it for like 3 days of work, people must have thought I was nuts but it looks so good 

Usually wear a small or medium and 6 for well. Paired with black pants. Does have large shoulder pads but sit well. 

This is beautiful and very well tailored.  I didn't wear it because I'm long waisted and it was too cropped for me.

Made a statement. Felt like a million bucks
