Structured blazer, belt is perfect to cinch and give a waist, otherwise would be oversized.

Cute blazer, but the fit is a little off with the belt 

I'm def sensitive about blazers and work jackets because they always have giant shoulder pads but this was perf! 

Loved this blazer, wore it twice for work with jeans to keep it from looking too buttoned up. Very comfortable and fit was perfect, like the other Maje jackets I've rented. 

Super cute! Probably could have done a size 40. 

Loved this, have rented a few times. The tie waist is flattering and it’s not too boxy on the shoulders. 

Wore with a leather midi skirt and got a lot of compliments! Fits great and the belt is a nice touch 

This is very nice, subtle work wear, nice fabric, for upscale work event. 

I usually get large but this one is a bit loose

Loved it the first time. The second time I got one with the belt stitched to the jacket.  Which didn't allow the belt to hit at the right part of my waist. Otherwise I love this jacket.

Great blazer but the belt was a little off. I ended up just tying it and still looked cute

Wore this to work several times and loved the shape. It runs big so I would side down. 

I ordered my usual size, and it ran large. The belted waist made that okay ... I was able to cinch it in, and it looked very good. But I'd consider the next size down next time. 

Nice fit with the belt, it was too big and I wished I had a smaller size. My assistant looked at it and said I should buy it but the size wasn't right and I wish it was more fun color.

I loved this, but probably could have sized down from what I got because it felt like there was extra fabric around my waist that make it feel boxier rather than sleek but looked good anyway 

The belt situation is fiddly and fabric winkles too much

I liked this and received compliments, however, still on the fence about how it fit. The belt fit.  It laid just above the front pockets of the blazer.  The belt was sewn to the jacket in the back so couldn't be adjusted.

Belt hit in an odd area of the waist. Wasn’t flattering 

If you have a high waist to hip ratio, this may not be super flattering — the belt is fixed so it looks strange when cinched. 

Could not figure out how to get the belt to work. It does not cinch as in the pic. Unfortunately belt couldn't be removed so didn't wear.
