I was worried about the fit but it was great over my 8 month belly

Fitted up top, (heavier-chested gals, beware)...but that's what I wanted. The skirt half is super roomy though. 
I love this dress. Rented it before. Lost a bit of weight, then rented it again in a smaller sized. Both times, the dress fit perfectly. Love it. Will rent again. 

Super cute piece! Bright color! Works best as a cover up because it's sort of see through . The design is a beautiful silhouette which is great for me as most clothes don't hug and I lose shape but if you have anything you don't want it to cling may want to wear nude color spanx. I also realize a bra would be kinda bumpy with this piece since it's a true hugger Anyway love the dress !!! Would take on vacation 

I chose this knit dress for my baby shower. I was 8 months pregnant. It worked perfectly. The dress was very comfortable for a spring outdoor shower. The shoulder straps were a bit long, but I have a small bust. 

This dress looks amazing on so many of you in reviews.  
 Not the right color or style for my figure and complexion.  The top was low, low ( I had pulled the extra material to the back for this photo. Perhaps the size SR would have been better.  I'm 5'8" and this hit the ground.  

IMO great dress for someone with fuller bust. Made me look more pear shaped when I generally look hour glass.  As others have mentioned,  it is sheer and lightweight,  so keep that in mind for undergarment planning.

I didn't wear it since I didn't like it on me.

I loved the fit of this dress along with the color. I will rent again. 
The neckline is cut low, but is doable with the right bra. The length is long, so you need a high heel. 

Previous reviews warned that this dress is see-through so I expected to only wear it as a beach cover up. I did that during the day (as pictured), but then for the dinner look I wore it without the swimsuit underneath and it worked great! Not too revealing if your chest size is on the small side. I'd say it works perfectly for a beach destination, with or without undergarments. :)))

I rented this dress for a vacation, but ended up wearing it to a work event at brewery. It was perfect! The color looks great with a tan and really hugs the curves. I'm only 5'3" so it's definitely long and would fit even better on someone a little taller, but i just tied it up and it worked fine. I normally wear a 10 and loved the fit of the XLR. Mara Hoffman is one of my favorite brands to rent from during the summer.

This dress is made for smaller chested woman, it is see through so wear nude undergarments, other than that this dress is nothing short of stunning ! Absolutely loved!

So many compliments! Definitely does NOT "hold you in" but the fabric is thick enough that it's not see through and the knit has a beautiful, flattering pattern. The green is like a tennis ball, so be ready to be BRIGHT. Loved it and would absolutely rent again. Can easily be worn dressed up or down.

I wore this dress on two different beach vacations, the last one I was 33 weeks pregnant. I wore a size L and it was a little too big on the top, but I don't think a smaller size would have fit around the bump. It was also very long, even in heels. Overall, it was a fun dress for the summer. 

Loved trying out this slime green trend. The color popped A LOT. don't wear this if you don't like attention. The material is sweater-like and does not breathe that well, but it works for the summer if it's under 90 degrees. warning that the chest/straps will fall down, so bigger chested girls beware/plan appropriately. it clung to all the right places for me (my butt), but it also does NOT hide anything (stomach), and is pretty see through (be careful which under garments you choose to wear). Overall glad I rented!

I rented this dress to wear for work, but the fabric is pretty thin so it wasn't appropriate. Would be great for a sunny vacation, over a bathing suit, etc. Because I'm pretty short, I would need to wear it with at least a little heel so it wouldn't drag on the ground. 

The seaming of this dress is beyond flattering on a curvy woman- it clung everywhere I wanted it to and draped over the rest. However the weight of the hem on this dress caused it to stretch out over the day and I was tripping by the evening. Admittedly I’m only 5’4 and didn’t wear heels, but good to know!

Beautiful relaxed dress. I loved the color and received so many compliments. Very versatile dress. Can be dressed up or down. The material is like a very thin sweater. I wish it was a little more fitted but it is extremely comfortable. I wore this to a larger dinner party on vacation and also to a 4th of July bbq. Stand out at both events. 

Beautiful color and so fun! However, I am normally a size large but the medium fit perfectly! 

ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS DRESS! It is super fun and I received so many compliments.  Wore this with white sneakers and sparkly sandals on a few different occasions.

 It does hug your body and is a tad see through so spanx were needed. But it was comfortable and fun to wear out while on vacation!

This dress was so beautiful but it was very hard to find proper underwear. A seamless high rise thong was the only thing to work that didn't show through or fold down 

The medium grazes the ground on me (I'm 5'6") and the fabric is much lighter/thinner than I thought it would be. It actually works well for a summer evening out. That said, the sizing ran a little big so I wish I'd have gotten a smaller one. The thin fabric doesn't leave anything to the imagination, so be warned that any wrinkles/dimples etc will show through. 

Love the color. Don't love the fit. Still love Mara Hoffman!

This dress was absolutely stunning and super comfortable but was unable to wear given it was see through. You will def need some seamless slip situation for this dress.

Bottom is brown- but dress is a great piece aside from this. 

I loved the color and fit of the dress but it is very very long. To the point where I can't  wear it even with high heels. Sadly returned without wearing out. Would not recommend for anyone shorter than me (I'm 5' 4").
