I wore this top to a conference and I loved that it was both professional and fun. The print has a 70s vibe that can easily be dressed up or down. It was a little difficult to put on at first because of how RTR attaches the inner tank to the outer shell, but once it was on it wasn’t uncomfortable.

Love this top! Added so much to such a simple work outfit. Very light weight, loved the pattern, and loved wearing it untied!

I wore it to casual Friday in the office. The pattern is pretty and fit is comfortable. If you are between sizes, you can size down. I love the bow. It is perfect for mild temperatures. 

Lots of compliments on this top. It was very blousy so I could have sized down but it still worked fine.

The reviews don’t lie, this is such a good top for work! I looooove it!!!!! However the camisole thing on the inside gets twisted and is really annoying! You should still rent this… totally worth it, so easy for work!

I didn't really like the collar. But it's a very pretty blouse

Loved the blouse. However, the cami that goes under the garment was attached to the blouse, which wasn’t originally designed that way. It made it difficult to put on. 

I paired it with wide leg white pants and it was perfect for a full day of meetings. Unsure I would wear it outside of a professional setting but was great for work day to a dinner event. The color was gorgeous. 

Size up and know that the tank is attached which makes it tricky to get on and off. 

Forgot to take an up close picture but the only thing I didn’t like was the lining of the tank top is sewn into the blouse making it really difficult to get on and off. I would size up for this reason. 
Otherwise its a beautiful blouse and received many compliments with this suit. 

Rented this top and was unaware it came with a camisole sewn into the shirt. Cami was attached at the shoulders. And while the top buttoned up the front, the cami had to go over your head, making it ridiculous to get on/off. Would’ve worn it more than once had it been easier to get on/off. Top is not that sheer and doesnt need the cami. IMO, cami should be removed for future rentals.

A bit hard to get it on because there is a tank that is snapped on the inside. I needed an extra small, but the material doesn’t have any stretch so it was kinda hard getting it on and off. 

I liked the pattern but it was too big on me. It was sheer on top layer and came with an attached under tank..

A really solid work shirt, except for the fact that it has an attached internal sheer tank (which is slightly visible in my pic). It took me too long to get the inner tank untwisted and into it successfully. Would be SO much better without the attached inner tank. The top otherwise was cute! 

LOVE it - very soft and comfy and pretty colors.

Wore this so much more than I expected - went well with black pants, dark jeans, and white pants 

The long ties are easy to manage in the collar.  Can wear long or in any style of tie.  Beautiful color and fabric.

This fit perfectly as my usual size medium / 6

I wore this with navy trousers and a navy blazer, and it looked great.

Loved the blouse. Leave a little extra time to put it on because of the cami and buttons.

I could have gone with a size large as it is true to size, but wasn't sure so I sized up and that was fine too. Cute and casual top. 
Can be dressed down with jeans or up for work. 

This shirt was great to wear to work and out to dinner. The cami was a little small underneath so tended to ride up a bit under the shirt, but otherwise I loved the look and fit of the top!

It doesn't look hard but it has two pieces and the bodice is sewn on the shirt 
and requires maneuvering to put it on. But very cute once it's on!

I sized down based on other reviews, and the smaller size fit perfectly. Very cute and received many compliments on this top!

Fits true to size. I loved the print, can pair with blue or black 

I wore this for work. Travels easily, cute pattern, nice fabric - definitely recommend.
