This is a great wrap dress the RTR picture looks dumpy but every plus size lady who knows her stuff knows wrap dresses are our friend.

Loved this dress, glided over my body effortlessly so you couldn't see my shape wear underneath. Usually my arms have trouble fitting in dresses so having tie-able sleeves was nice. Also wrap dresses look great on everyone.

This dress is really beautiful and SO FLATTERING. It is very low cut, which doesn't bother me at all, but might be worth nothing for others. It has a bit of a tied sleeve. I loved this dress for the fall wedding I attended and got so many compliments. Would highly recommend. 

I think RTR's preview photo does not do this dress justice, almost making it look a bit dowdy. The blue was much richer in color in person. The fabric is incredibly light which was perfect for a hot and humid D.C. night full of sweaty dancing. I received compliments on this dress all night long. True to size and I gave a little extra cinch at the waist for showing the curves. I am short, so pairing it with shoes with height was important to me to elevate and make the dress wedding appropriate.

Fit well, nice quality fabric.  Tons of compliments.  Never worn a "cold shoulder".... loved it!

This dress was just darling, but I'm not ladylike enough to manage it!  This true wrap dress was impossible for me to keep closed all day when walking or sitting down.  I pinned the top since I'm a little small chested.  I definitely would have bought this dress if I could keep it shut!  Nice fabric and lots of compliments! 

Rented this for a day of wandering in New York City. I love that it could be dressed up or down.

The fabric and colors are gorgeous, and the sleeves have it a bit more interest than your average wrap dress.

This dress was great standing, but when slide open anytime I sat down.  Beautiful print and color, however the lack of functionality at work kept me from buying this dress.

This dress was light and breezy for a summer day. The only problem I had with this dress is that I had to place a pin to close the top of the dress. If I did not I would have showed too much.  

Fairly basic, subtle but flowery, flattering wrap dress. It's what you would expect a wrap dress to be 

The picture makes this dress look dumpy but it is not.  It's a true wrap dress so if you rock that style you will rock this dress.  It has no stretch.  It's got two layers so not good for a 90 day.

It's an easy fit wrap dress and the sleeves are very flexible since they can be tied to fit.  You have to look closely at the pics to see that the sleeves have a bit of a cold shoulder going on.    
I wore it to an all day work meeting and it was comfortable. 

The arms are great, they cover if you don't want to show too much arm. The dress was easy to wear, was really light and comfortable in the very warm weather. I would buy this dress. 

Pros: adorable, wonderful print and fabric 
Cons: won't stay closed in the wind.  If you never leave the office you should be ok.  Preventing me from buying.  

Great dress.  Got lots of compliments.  Fabric is soft and fully lined.  One concern - make sure you have tape.  This is a true wrap dress.  

I am 5'3'' and have an hourglass figure with a poochy stomach.  This dress really well.  It came down almost mid-calf in the back because of my height.  The wrap style accentuated my waist and worn with spanx did not make my stomach stick out.  The print of the fabric is almost Oriental in nature and the colors are great.  I usually hate tops with cut outs on the sleeves (cold shoulder tops), but this one did not gape open so it was ok.  Worn with nude, thick heeled pumps.  This dress is a winner!

A beautiful dress! Picture on the model does not do the dress or model any justice. It's a classic wrap dress in an amazing color hue. I got compliments after compliments all day. Flattering although I'd close the sleeves. Would buy. 

Soooo comfortable! Have worn for date nights, brunches, and on vacation! 

Dress can be dressed up or down. Striking color and design. Runs true to size, and wrap ties on the waist and sleeves allow you to wear the dress however tight or loose as you please. 

The dress material is light and flowy and allowed plenty of room for my bust. I loved the pattern too!

I rented this on a whim as part of my unlimited membership.  Wore it to work on a more casual day and got SO many compliments... I ended up buying it!  It is so much cuter in person than in the picture.

The dress on the model does it no justice. This light dress is perfect in fabric, length, and shape! My favorite dress for work! 

Very comfortable and beautiful dress. I am very busty and leggy so I wore a slip underneath to maintain my modesty and everything was perfect. I am really sorry to not be able to purchase the dress because it was truly just so perfect!

I loved this dress and it was very flattering on a plus size woman.....I felt beautiful wearing it and have worn multiple times. 

The fit is very easy, you can make it roomier or smaller because of the ties. Even the arm holes have ties so if you have large arms, you can adjust the ties for a comfortable fit

This dress is made from a pretty and colorful material.  It has the flattering wrap style that helps us apple shaped gals.  I chose not to wear it to my work party because the wrap up top was too low and revealing and would have had to pin it closed for modesty.  Overall a pretty dress that just didn't work for my function.

I loved the top so so much. However it was weirdly long and hit mid calf. Very awkward. 

Very pretty and feminine. A slip is a must. The skirt slides completely open when you sit down. I'm usually a 16, but have found Rachel Roy dresses to run a little small. The 18 fit nicely. The sleeve ties are a nice detail but kind of tricky to manage. 

Love the print and fit of this dress. I ordered a size up, but I'd recommend going with your normal size. The chest area ran a bit large, but it would have been perfect had I gotten my normal size. 

This dress is a tad too big up top, just like all my other issues with dresses. I don't know the actual measurements of my hips (I *think* I'm a 22 in pants) but I've got a very decent sized behind and my boobs are only a 42C (I can get away with a size 16 top.) For those of us that are smaller up top, this dress will gap and you will need to readjust during the day, especially if you work in an office

First of all...I've never worn a legitimate wrap style dress, which this one is. After negotiating tying the dress around me, I was very impressed with how flattering the dress was...and that fabric! I felt so fancy. The graduation I attended was standing room only, so I didn't notice until I went to dinner that evening that...OH HEY - gotta be careful with how you sit! I have ample hips/thighs, so the skirt gaped open obscenely. Luckily, the restaurant had cloth napkins... Overall, very pretty dress! But, beware if you have larger than normal hips/thighs, and be careful about sitting down (and make sure to wear Spanx)!

Split sleeves were not great for work and ties were weirdly sized - the one that is designed to wrap was shorter than the other so it took a bit to get it right.  Would rent again.  Nice for a change of pace.

This dress was very pretty and flattering. Any body type would look wonderful in this dress, which is one of the great things about wrap dresses. This is, however, a 'true' wrap dress and sitting down was very, very uncomfortable for me. I was constantly making sure the wrap dress wasn't showing too much of my legs or showing my bra, so this dress is more for standing up and not sitting down during meetings!! I would not rent this dress again. 

Pro tip: make sure someone can help you tie the bows on the sleeves!! 

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to wear the dress outside of my apartment because of my chest size (42DD-42DDD). However, it's a great quality dress and it would look gorgeous on someone with different proportions.

Not for small busted ladies with larger hips like myself. Great quality. I didn't care for the wrap style as I felt like I was t secure in this dress.
