I’m probably purchasing this dress. I didn’t think much of it on the hanger. It was light but so flattering, love the buttons and envelope hem.  I was worried about the bigger structured shoulders but they actually make you look smaller. I’ve never had as many compliments as in this dress. 

I got this dress for a networking event and am in love with it! It fits beautifully and covers my slight tummy perfectly. It's comfortable and easy to wear but also professional and cute! 

Very comfortable, I am in between sizes so I ordered one size up since it was for work. 

I felt professional, cute, and stylish.

Would rent again for work!

This dress is so flattering and comfortable.  The material breaths and the cut is great. Everyone kept asking me if I have lost weight (I haven't).

The fit was perfect. Ran true to size. Love the puff sleeve and how it looked overall. I will definitely rent this one again!! 

I've rented this dress twice. Definitely more fall/ winter.  The sleeves do have a puff to them, but even ok for me when extra shoulder design normally doesn't work. I've worn this with heels and the booties

I got a million compliments on this dress for my office holiday party! The material was heavy though and being inside a crowded restaurant I got pretty hot. At 5’7 it was a bit too short in length for me, but I made it work. As you can see from the photo the sleeves were way too short for me but I just rolled them up to be 3/4 sleeves and it worked. Overall I really loved the style of this dress and it fit true to size!

I really liked the style of this dress, but at 5'9 with wider hips and shoulders the dress was very short when I sat down. I wore it with hose, but was on high alert throughout the day. 

This dress is true to size. It's absolutely perfect. This may be my very favorite thing I've rented. This dress is appropriate for work while still allowing me to look like my body has a shape. I love the buttons and the big shoulders. It's fun but not distracting. I cannot day enough good things about this dress. As a young professional it's perfect! I cannot day enough good things!!

Super professional and flattering. The one negative I pick be the sleeves are a big bell like so a bit bigger and got draped in things. But the fit was amazing and perfect for work!

This dress is super cute, unique, kind of edgy, and flattering - would definitely rent it again! Seemed to run just a little bit big - I would probably size down next time but worked!

The shoulders are it!! I looked like a boss in this classy yet a little edgy shoulder padded dress. Hits right above the knee so still appropriate for work. It'sa muted black and good quality. Paired with yellow pumps and rocked it all day. 

Loved the design and style, but it was shorter in the back than the front. Long enough for work in the front for me, but a tad too short in the back. Very cute though! 

I wore this for my first day back to work from maternity leave and received so many compliments!  The cut is very flattering and the dress doesn't have a lot of stretch but enough to be comfortable moving around. I felt it was true to size but if you are between sizes I'd go up due to it being pretty form fitting.  

I love this dress - it's comfy, fits well, and looks great. 

I'm so into this piece. The fabric is super stretchy and comfortable. I love the diagonal cut in the skirt. The buttons are a bit loose but other than that I can't wait to rent again. love love love 

Not really one for strong shoulders but I loved this! I sized up so it was a little large but if you're a size 10 it would fit you fine! 

This dress hugs all the right places without looking inappropriate. If rentingfor work I'd say size up so it's not too tight or short but it would look cute either way!

the material is thin & the flap is fake. The retro shoulders are fun. great for work. 

I rented this through my unlimited subscription and it sat in my closet for awhile because it did not see that exciting. When I finally decided to wear it, I loved it! It was a tiny bit short on me, but I am very tall. To combat the shortness, I wore it with black tights and flat booties. I received compliments throughout the day. It was a comfortable dress. The silver buttons on the front of the skirt are just for show - they actually button nothing; the dress zips in the back. The sleeves are puffy in the shoulders and three quarter length sleeve. The plaid stripes are a whitish/light grey color. 

This dress is really cute and a very appropriate length for work. I would love to keep it and put it in my work rotation! The shoulder detail is really fun too. I found it to run a little bit big but it was very comfortable and still flattering and I don't think I would have sized down.

Love the asymmetrical cut of this dress. The bunched sleeves were also super flattering. 

The dress is made with exceptional craftsmanship, it fit perfect (it accommodated my 36E boobs while still flattering on my waist) It looks high end and professional and gave me a big confidence boost.

The fit was slightly big for me (usually 2 or 4) but I don't think I could have gone down a size because it might have been too tight in the chest. The fabric is of a high quality, and I loved the asymmetric hem with the button accents. I wore this with tights & sneakers while vacationing in Paris, but it would be perfect for work with heels or boots.

This dress is adorable and the subtly fun sleeves and asymmetrical hem are unique. Fit perfectly. Only wish the buttons on the skirt were a little more sewn in, they flop around a little

Fits true to size. I got a bunch of compliments. The fabric is good quality and the material is durable and not stretchy. I paired it with red heels. 

I didn't think I'd like this dress because the buttons are kind of large and floppy (and non functional). But after wearing it all day I don't want to take it off. It's extremely comfortable and has a bonus weird quirk that I like: the armpits aren't super tight. For some reason when shirts or dresses hug tight under my arms it makes my armpits sweat. 

I enjoyed wearing this. Sleeves were comfortable. Love the print design, puffed shoulders, and the button detail. I would probably size down next time just because I enjoy a fitted fit.

Great fit - professional but stylish! True to size 

Great work dress. Only issue is how the sides would gather and create folds - noticeable in photo. I might try nylons under to see if it smooths this problem and it wasn't too tight loose if anything so kind of odd. Love how easy this dress is. 

Definitely not for the timid.  Between the shoulders and the buttons, you will turn heads

The size 2 fit well.  The size 4 would have been too big and a size smaller would ride up when you walk around. I wore with tights and it was warm. Not too short. Loved the sleeve detail and got a couple compliments from men and women. The buttons droop a bit like others mentioned but it didn't look bad. I might rent again.
