Wore this dress for 12 hours and loved it. Wore it from day into evening and it could do both. Really loved it and wish I was keeping it. 

This was such a fun outfit! I love the look of the men’s dress shirt tied around the waist, it also has a snatching effect (who doesn’t love that!?). Bonus: Pockets!!!!

Loved this dress! The waist is elastic and customizable with the tied sleeves. It looks so effortlessly chic. 

One of my favorite things is to mix Office pieces but add an edge the feminine touch to it and this stress brings it all together. It is fun but also has the serious side to it for being a shirt dress. love, love, love, love.

This dress was very beautiful and I had so many people compliment me! I would recommend sizing down as there was a lot of room in the medium. Otherwise highly recommend to rent!


I’m normally a solid medium in all dresses. I heeded the reviews and got the small. Really glad I did.  Fits amazing, comfortable hangs well too. I ironed it and it didn’t wrinkle much. Tons of compliments! 

This is a great dress for work and would also be good for traveling. It's something different and was flattering.

Great fit, doesn't wrinkle too easily. I could wear it to the office or out for dinner. Just be careful if it's too windy as the buttons on the skirt don't go all the way down.

Unique dress, fit well and got lots of compliments

The detailing on this dress is so perfect, I received so many compliments. A great work dress, the material is on the Starchier side, but still comfortable and doesn't wrinkle! I'm a true size 10 and the XL fit fine but was very roomy I could of went with my regular size large 

The medium was slightly too large for me but not overtly. I received my compliments at work.

Fits well - was 16 weeks preg in photo and 19 weeks when I last wore it and hides bump nicely

I think this is incredible versatile and any shape would make this work because of elasticated waist plus the tie to make it more fitted, plus buttons to make it more or less conservative. Material is light. 

This dress was not something I’d typically go for, but I glad I did! I received so many compliments on it and great for the office and for wandering the city!

I actually ended up liking this way more than I expected when I first pulled it out of my RTR bag. Very good for work and/or a professional event! I wore with both heels and flats. Ran a smidge big but it still worked 

Terrific dress that has a slight goth tone to it. Extremely comfortable and was warm enough.

Very cool work outfit with an edge! I sized up and the buttons didn't gape at all - plus the waist tie allows you to still have a good shape for the outfit.

Loved this vibe! Wore for a work meeting and got so many compliments on the whole vibe and color of it. Added the right accessories to brim more dimension and contrast and it really shined. The slit in front with a pair of high boots is a winner!

I love this dress! The sleeve belt is such a cool feature and has a stretch, so it really accentuates and hides all the right spots. I got an xl because it was the only one available, but it fit well enough. Definitely L would’ve been better. Very easy to style.

Love the tie and the collar. Exudes class and went well at corporate for all day event. Very comfortable. 

Long on my 5’3” frame but not too close to the floor. Fits true to size, I could have possible sized down. Really polished but lightweight. The tie waist is very flattering. Loved it!!

This looked very chic and the fabric seemed to elevate the look as well. I wish I had sized down but the tie waist helped cinch the waist which helped. 

XL fits like a 12-14. absolutely loved this dress, structured but comfortable 

Waist was a little tight but overall fit well. Colors were muted, maybe a few too many wears. I'd still consider renting for a fall work event. 

I almost didn’t wear it, but I’m glad I did. I felt initially felt fully swallowed up by the fabric in this dress (but didn’t want to try a size down). I ended up wearing it with heels even though I didn’t “need” to. It helped me feel like I was better standing up to the dress. I think this dress would be an AMAZING style for taller women; the sleeves and torso were definitely too big on me. 

I got lots of compliments, including one from an older lady who described it as “classy.” I think that was my favorite compliment of the day. I definitely think it looked better in person than in photograph.

This dress was so different than the dresses I usually wear. It was super comfortable and I got so many compliments on it. My only issue is that because I am petite and short waisted, there was a little too much fabric in the top part. I also had to roll the sleeves because they were pretty long.

Definitely unique, but comfortable and stylish dress for work. Received several compliments. Perfect item for RTR.

Cute idea with the sleeve detail that ties in front. Back is elastic at the waist, so it is comfortable. Sleeves on the top were a nice length for those of us with long arms, but there was too much fabric overall on the top half to be flattering.

I know it didn't say it had pockets, but this dress just feels like it *SHOULD* have pockets. I mean, it's a menswear-style shirt dress, and men's clothing ALWAYS has pockets. I got this to wear for a work event, but the lack of pockets meant that I ended up skipping over it. Other than that, the dress was comfortable with a bit of stretch. Overall it felt a bit big (these days I usually wear a size 10), but it pulled very slightly in the chest. The nylon in the fabric makes it less breathable; I wouldn't recommend it on warmer days.
