This was a good unlimited item.  I wore this for a high stakes work meeting and an evening legislative reception.  I felt comfortable and confident.  This jacket felt tight if you wanted to lift your arms, type, drive, etc. but that may have been the cut.  I would rent this again in the next larger size.

The colts are great. It's a bit heavy so not good for warm climates. Early  spring or autumn. Shoulders were a little snug but I loved it. 

Loved wearing this to work and got tons of compliments. So much more fun than a plain-colored blazer. The material is heavy and the structure is nice. It does definitely run a size small so if you want to button it go up a size. Even after sizing up closing the top button over my chest was a no-go but the others were perfect.

The material is thick so it works best during the chilly days of Spring. 

This is a beautiful flattering jacket that I may have to own! The only down side is that the sleeve are a bit short - and I'm a petite. Extremely fitted but nice flair just above the hips.

Very pretty but I would order a size up. 

The jacket is has a great structured shape! I love how you can dress it up or down. The pattern isn't overpowering so you could wear it often.

Theres no give in this heavy, embroidered blazer. That being said, it is a true statement blazer. Lots of colors to pull through to balance an outfit. 

I was eyeing this blazer, I was so excited to see it available on RTR! I ordered my true size and it fit as if it was tailored to me. The fabric is a bit thick, so it sticks out in profile in the back. The colors are stunning. One potential negative- I'm only 5'3" and the sleeves were barely long enough on me. Maybe with a long-sleeved button-down underneath it would be less obvious? Glad I got to try it, added some brightness to a cold winter day.

Funky blazer that brings a unique design to the party! Running true to size with no stretch to the fabric I recommend sizing up for backup. As the bust  and midsection area are more fitted with no stretch you may want to consider sizing up for your primary size. I would recommend layering this with a light t-shirt and a pair of your finest slacks. I am 5'0" and the length of the blazer was right around the hip area. Great to make a statement at your next event !

Theory typically fits smaller. It was definitely very fitted and the fabric does not have much stretch. I did not button the top button and could not roll up the sleeves, but I was extremely happy with the fit. My coworker thought I had it tailored specifically to me. The fabric is thick and a high quality and the color is beautiful. The sleeves are a little short and can be worn with a button down or another top without feeling like they are too short.

Absolutely adore this. Definitely snug, but that's typical for the fabric. 100% would rent again.

Definitely fits small as other reviewers have noted-- I'm usually between a 4 and 6; wore a 6 and could have worn an 8 easily. There were some loose threads in the sleeves on arrival, but nothing terrible. It's a bulkier jacket, so not exactly slimming, but I still really enjoyed the piece. I wore it over a navy jumpsuit and it worked well for an early fall wedding. 

I love a good statement blazer, and this one by Theory fit the bill. It was really well made and beautiful, and I got several compliments. It was very warm, too, so it's great for fall/winter/freezing cold office spaces. There was a bit of padding in the shoulders (just a bit) so if that's not your thing I would skip this one. 

I have so many black, navy, gray blazers, I was eager to try this colorful, yet professional jacket for a board meeting. The cut is potentially flattering as in nips in at the waist and flares out, but on me it was too loose, so I belted it and it looked great! Beautiful embroidery, quality fabric, love the small lapels, which could be folded over or turned up for a more casual look. Looks great with jeans too, so a versatile piece. 

This jacket has beautiful fabric.  It suns a little snug, but still wearable.  The sleeves were super short though.  I would have preferred a longer sleeve.  I got many compliments!

Snug in the shoulders and the jacket showed signs of wear. The collar was floppy and the bust was also tight. Def runs small for Theory. Thick fabric and the colors were great. I got a lot of compliments, I just didn't love it. 

I guess I don't get it. Theory can make the body long enough (finally!!) for someone with a longer torso. The seams fit in all the right places, too, as long as you size correctly for the brand 1-2 sizes from your normal size. But they can't seem to make the arms of their jackets long enough! I'm sure that the intent is that they're bracelet length. If you were to choose to buy it, know that they can't let out the sleeves long enough. If you're great with bracelet sleeves, it's a nice, warm, winter weight blazer with great color.

Narrow through the shoulders and slim fitting - so it was tight on a curvy girl - but so cute!  Very heavy fabric

Very nice jacket, nice thick embroidered material, but the shape wasn't for me. It fits quite small, so even though I'm usually an XS, the 2 was borderline too small for me and I would have probably been more comfortable in a 4. But beyond that the bottom seems a little flared out to me, or maybe it was just because the top part is so small, I'm not sure. It's also very thick material as other people have said, so needing to size up and the extra girth from the fabric is not exactly slimming.

Blazers can be tricky for me because they’re always too long in the sleeves. I was excited that this one was just right, but a little too tight in the shoulders to keep for good! Warm for the fall and winter, meticulously detailed, and classy.

Overall I liked the jacket - it was tight across the shoulders and under the arms though. wish it came in a slightly bigger size. but great for a colorful work look on a zoom call

I really liked this jacket but it was tight in the shoulders so I wasn't able to wear it, I want to re-rent in a 4! 

Pattern was pretty but the fit was awkward. I sized up for a more relaxed fit but the jacket was way too form fitting. It flares weird at the hip too.

Runs slightly small (I'm usually 0 or 2, but this fit perfectly on my shoulders), but also great for my #29 week bump! Fun blazer for work/weekend!

Wore this for a show. Loved the tailored fit and quality brocade fabric. I prefer the short sleeve length as I style it rolled up with a bralette & leather pants. 

Gorgeous fitted jacket runs a little small but accents the waist really nicely fitted way. Got so many compliments on this blazer!!!
