The dress I'm wearing I rented too! only looks good because of the jacket

I LOVED this blazer! It fit like a glove and gave such interesting back detailing. I wore it to work and for blog photos. Absolutely fabulous! 

This jacket is so cute but I wished I ordered a size 0. I'm always hesitant with higher end clothing sometimes running small but it would've been much more flattering had it fit properly. My mistake I should've just ordered my usual size. 

This jacket fits really well and looks gorgeous on. The slit up the back gives that something extra to make it special. It's heavy enough to stay warm outside or in drafty spots, pockets make it easy to use all night without a purse, and open back keeps it from getting too hot. Wore to several work events, parties and meetings and got complimented every time I wore it. Don't want to give it back!

This style is a must! I love that the back slit adds a modern twist to your everyday black blazer. Because of this slit, the blazer fits rather large, so if you want a more fitted look, I recommend sizing down for your primary rental. I recommend pairing this with a bold top so it peeks through the slit back detailing throughout the day - LOVE! 

It is a little loose, but the back detail is unexpected 

Not quite my style, a little fancy would look better on a straight narrow figure. I'm pear shaped and wile the flare hid my outer thighs I felt big.


Professional with an edge. I wore it with a black sleeveless shell, dark rinse jeans, and black flats. It was also super comfortable with a touch of stretch.

Loved this jacket, so many compliments. The spit in the back was an eye catcher. 

This fit perfectly. It's also the type of piece you can dress up or dress down depending on the event. I packed this for a week of work travel and was able to style it several ways. 

Sleeves were a little long but it's so cute

I am a blazer girl. I own a million and was worried that a 10 would not fit me since Theory can run small. The jacket fit me perfect and something I want to buy. Classic look but edgy. Business in front party in back! 

I would rent a size smaller. Beautiful jacket!

Great piece to add to your closet for work.  The unique back ads a surprise and allows you to highlight a cute shirt.  I have broad shoulders and larger arms and this fit well without pulling.  Will rent again!

I paired this blazer with the Milly top I also rented for dinner with my girlfriends. The split up the back made it perfect for a night out - I looked polished at the restaurant, but it was fun for cocktails after. 

I rented this for a business convention. It was very comfortable and I liked that it had an oversized look and feel. I wore it with a white loose fitting shirt and suede leggings. I would rent this jacket again. It fit true to size.

I seriously considered buying this every day that I wore it. It was too wonderful. My boyfriend commented on how much he liked it. I wore it over dressed and shirts. 

I absolutely loved this blazer!  I wore it with a pair of jeans and a pink top and received a ton of compliments.  The slit in the back really sets it apart.  Would definitely recommend and rent again!

Fit was true to size. Material was amazing. The fit was perfect. Loved that it looked great dressed up and with jeans. I'll be holding on to this one for a bit longer!

high quality jacket .  There are really no cons.  i had to get use to the split in the back but i was told it is the style.  

I was concerned about renting this because I am used to wearing more tailored jackets, but this was amazing! I ended up wearing it most of my 4-day rental because I could easily wear it casual with jeans or a pencil dress, or dressy with crop pants+blouse or a fitted dress. Will definitely rent again!

I am 5'8 and have wide but not overly muscular shoulders and since I wore it over a spaghetti strap jumpsuit, I had enough room in the shoulders and could button it no problem. If I had paired it with a dress or something more substantial underneath, I might have opted to wear the 10 to make sure it didn't appear too tight on the shoulders. Loved the dramatic slit up the back, paired perfectly with a black jumpsuit and some heels. It is a cowl neck with is also nice and dressy. HIGHLY RECCOMEND! 

Cute look, but the black is a bit more faded. So better for a casual look with jeans and tee. Also it fit snugly through the shoulders. I normally wear a size 4 in blazers from Theory but should have sized up for this one.  It still worked but could have used a bit more room.

I went with size 8 thinking I'd need the extra room in the shoulders for my body but it actually just made it a way too boxy/masculine look than I like. I didn't end up wearing, but the quality was definitely there and the fabric felt smooth and had a nice sheen.

Ordered a size down as other reviewers had suggested - could have gone either way. Next time, will try an 8 to see the difference! 

It was true to size, might make you look a little bigger on the waist area. 

From the front it's a nice fitted black blazer, the slit up the back is an interesting detail.  Might limit its versatility but paired with the right dress or top it's a cool design detail.

I liked the jacket and the collar but - as other reviewers warned - it is short! 

It looks fine and is actually quite flattering but you have to plan your outfit accordingly. I paired it with a jewel toned top and black jeans - only to spend my day tucking my top in because it kept peeking out under my short jacket. 

Worn over a dress, it would have been a great choice. 

Very nice blazer for everyday wear, or special occasion. A little tight in shoulders & bigger throughout, but I loved it.

I guess I wasn't paying attention when I ordered this because I wasn't expecting there to be a huge slit up the back. This is a long jacket that fits well, but the open back can be awkward depending on what you layer underneath. Wouldn't rent again.

Fit was great! Loved the open back. It added the fun to my bright blue tank underneath as a pop of color showed through. The shoulder pads were off so I had to maneuver them around to fit right. 

I loved this jacket!!! I would consider buying it, but I wore the 4 and it was just a little big (long in the sleeves). I wore this to work with leather leggings, a white tank & a statement necklace (the Nocturne Aden Hot Pink necklace, also rented). I felt classy & work appropriate but the slit in the back made it trendy & fun! The sleeves were pretty long, I actually rolled them up which worked just fine (although one sleeve lining was a little ripped). 

I recommend wearing with white blouse and black pants. The back of the blazer is all the statement you need for a fun twist on a classic without going over the top. Fun to wear!
