All the compliments! I paired it with trousers, but I think with a fitted dress this would have also been super cute. Will be renting again later in the fall.

I actually liked this way more than I thought. Super easy and loose but still held a shape. Wore it over jeans and another RTR blouse and over a dress. Basically anything since it’s a neutral brown and forgiving cut. The shoulder pads made me feel like Cybil Sheppard 1980s Moonlighting boss. The hemline is a little strange and doesn’t lay flat in the back. Otherwise potentially a keeper! 

Pro: fit well, comfy, Con: run too long for me.

I logged this blazer. It looked as of it was tailored just for me. I wore it multiple times, but my favorite outfit was from my date night trip to Sam Francisco (pictured)

Totally stole the look off the model for this one!! This blazer is a GORGEOUS color, fits true to size (and is comfortable in the arms!!), and is versatile for so many looks. Wore this for my birthday and definitely turned heads. So many compliments! I'm so in love I just might buy it. Absolutely a must must must rent. 

Love the burnt orange color of this blazer! It was a little long for my petite frame, But still looked good in my opinion

And loved every minute. It game me all the structured looks and I felt super fancy. Comfortable material, quality lining, just awesome.

Loved this jacket so much! Made a splash at my meeting, a stunning color that pictures don’t do justice. 

I wasn't super excited about this rental (I usually prefer printed blazers) ... until I put in on!  The color is so rich, the fit is amazing and the material is high quality. 

It's a longer length and overall runs slightly large but I liked that look and would rent the same size again. 

This blazer is absolute perfection! So cute with the pants too!

Loved the way this was styled, but couldn't pull off the tucked in blazer look so wore it traditionally. Seriously loved this with the skirt, that I wore it twice. The second time around I threw a belt on. Loved it just as much! 

This color (I'd describe it as paprika) looks good on everyone. Beautiful longer length that looks great belted over high waist jeans. Rented this twice now, wish I could afford to buy. So elegant.

I wore this killer suit to work, and got so many compliments. It was comfortable and very flattering! 

This is the best quality blazer I have ever put  on.  It is perfectly tailored and long. The pockets are flattering and functional. The color is insanely rich. It is gorgeous. 

Lighter weight fabric. Traveled well without wrinkling. I loved the color. Rented it with the matching slacks. I didn’t love the pockets and the button, they felt less luxurious. But overall great blazer.

Sleeves are a good length

Long jacket. Hits mid thigh and covers butt. Weird puckering of jacket on side. 

A little boxy and too long for my 5”1’ frame. Pumpkin color is nice.

I didn't love this jacket but didn't have enough time to swap it out before my conference. I really (really) wanted this to work because I loved the color and other reviewers really liked it. For me, the shoulder pads were a bit much and the arm length was too long for my taste. So I wore it over my shoulders instead so it wasn't obvious. 

Perfect fit and style. So classy and yet felt fresh. 

This blazer was literally fit to perfection. I could see the fit actually being an issue of you wanted to wear long sleeves underneath but with a tank or short sleeves it was great. I also loved the color and it went with everything. 

I wore this both to a work event and then out to the WMBA game. It was awesome many compliments.

I wore this with a black silk blouse and black skinny fit pants with black heels for a meeting. For dinner, I changed into jeans and cuffed the sleeves.

This is super cute and chic! I wore it to work with a white tee, booties and jeans. It was a bit too large, but I kind of liked it that way. I could go down a size I think, but I wouldn't have to. Definitely renting again! 

Loved this! AND I wish there was a sizing group for average-sized women (10-12) who weren't freakishly tall.  At 5'6, with unusually long arms (per my yoga teacher) the sleeves needed significant shortening.  I used rubber bands to keep the sleeves pushed up and wore the hell out of this gorgeous jacket.  Will 100% rent again, multiple times.

Wore this multiple times but it did run larger than expected. If you're normally in between sizes, I'd size down.
