Really unique dress. Elevated work outfit. Can't wait to rent this again already!

The structure is like a shirtdress with a wrap dress around it. Worn, it looks like a button down shirt top with a wrap dress. The leg shows a little bit where the wrap gathers and forms a soft frill (for lack of a better description). Fabric is slightly shiny. These details overall give a formal and modest look. I felt like a person in a priest robe. Coworkers asked if I was going somewhere special after work.

As all the other reviews mentioned, great dress.  The fabric drapes great, the fit is nice.  The flaps are weird but work (once you figure them out)

This dress was easy to wear and true to size. I wore it in the winter w boots and tights. It's not super exciting but a little more interesting than a plain black shirt dress. 

Stylish modern and minimalist with a nice design twist.  Very comfortable.  

Loved this dress so much I didn't want to return it! I thought the material might be too dressy but it was was not. Easy to wear and felt very sophisticated. 

Fits great and feels great too. The apron skirt thing was nicely tailored. Got lots of compliments. Quite warm.

I'm still not sure if I tied the wrap around this dress correctly. But it was cute and seemed like two dresses in one. When the wind blew it had the whole swirly effect. Would be a great dress for dancing.

Great dress that doesn't wrinkle easily. I wore it to a conservative work meeting and it was well suited for the occasion. Received several complements from colleagues. I should've maybe sized up as the dress beneath the "wrap" was a bit tight when sitting... but I wore it anyway. It is cute enough to wear out to dinner/ drinks following the work day. 

I'll start out by saying that I ended up really liking this dress. However, it didn't start out that way. The fabric feels cheap, and the fit was just off. I couldn't figure out if it was just my body type or the way the dress was made. I wore it by tying the two "flaps" in the front, shifted to the left side. Halfway through the work day, I started to think that I was wearing it wrong...but after checking how the model wears it, I think I did it right...  There is a slit at either side of the dress at the rib cage, which I only discovered after having it on--they're covered up by the front flaps, but I still don't know what they were intended for. Anyway, with all that said, I felt comfortable throughout the day and (after getting used to it) thought it looked rather flattering.

Weird piece, but fun to wear once! Channeled Wednesday Adaams vibe 

I wanted to make this work so badly because it's a gorgeous style. The top was too loose/long on me and I couldn't button the buttons on the lower half. Billowy sleeves made me look like I was drowning in this dress, too. The wrap front of the skirt aaaalmost covered me up but I was nervous about wearing this dress to work, which is what I rented it for. Looked great if I folded the top under the part that wraps and rolled up the sleeves and wore with heels but all of that and the open bottom would have been too much work.

Wanted to love this. After trying on 3 times I couldn't get over that it felt like an apron over a button up dress. In All black (my go to for the record) it felt straight up like a uniform. I couldn't get over it and ended up not wearing it.  I do have to say the skirt cut fell amazingly which is why I kept trying.

Beautiful lines, looked great with a pointy heel. 

This dress is very underwhelming in the photo but when I put it on, it was transformed.  It was pretty wrinkled when I received it and ironing it was a pain, but it was worth it!  The tie in interesting...not confusing, just different.  It's kind of a wrap style but you tie both towards the front left.  I will definitely rent again...LOVE VINCE!

Loved this dress. It ended up looking more formal than I expected but it was still great. I am usually a 4 or 6. I got a 4 but I wish I got a 2 because I had to tie it as tight as I could. 

Comfortable fit, true to size.  Modest length, very work appropriate without being boring. 

I have a small waist, average bust, large hips and thighs. The shirtdress part of this dress extends about mid-thigh, and I couldn't get the lowest buttons done up because the dress is narrow BUT that is okay because of the overskirt wrap. It is tricky to tie. Here's what I did: Take the left side of skirt and put the string through the hole on the right, threading it into the back of the dress underneath. Repeated on the opposite side (right thread through left hole). Then, I lifted up the dress in the back and tied the ties together underneath the dress. This kept the whole thing more closed. I also did the j crew-tuck on the sleeves since it's summer in LA and I wanted to have this with the sleeves rolled up.

I am very tempted to buy this one and will keep it at least one more month. I wear it to work with heels but can see it would also be cute on the weekend with sneakers. It's elegant, classy, and just a little bit different/edgy. Fabric is very high quality. 

The bottom half looks pretty dressy but the button up top brings the dress back to being perfect for work. I felt amazing in this dress and will rent it again and again. The sleeves are extremely long and it was a bit annoying to keep having to push my sleeves back, but it was worth it.

It takes a minute to figure out the best way to wear it, but it is subtly unique and fits well.

Loved this dress! Works both for casual, work and after hours. Comfortable material that stays nice all day - perfect for spring.

The dress was absolutely fabulous.  Very comfortable for a Monday in the office.  The fabric was a bit heavy on the wrap but the fit and fabric were terrific.  My only complaint isn't with the dress rather the condition of the garment.  It was missing the bottom button on the shirt "dress" underneath the wrap.  I noticed in a meeting when it was revealing a good deal of my thigh.  I had to carefully sit and maneuver the extra fabric all day.

This is a great shirt dress. I wish I had sized down to a 0. Wore it to work, would rent again. 

Wore day to night with boots and a trench coat. Perfect for spring. 

I was beyond impressed with the material of this dress. It felt so expensive!

I rented this with my unlimited subscription. I have only worn it once~ so far!  I'm going to hold on to it a bit longer. Fit wonderfully and was effortless. A bit of static cling in this dry winter air so a slip is a good idea.  A timeless piece 

I wore this to a holiday party for work and it was perfectly understated, but elegant. I usually wear a size 0, but only a 2 was available. This worked for an oversized look and I will size down when I rent again in the future.

Very true to size, super comfortable and flexible fabric, a perfect LBD for every day and easy to dress up or down. I wore it for my family Christmas dinner with sparkly heels, with brogues at work, and with a crop sweater and boots for a chilly night out. A really fantastic piece.

Dress is well made and the wrap detail is beautiful. Purchased although I definitely could have sized down to a 2 and been fine. 

Its an easy dress. Very comfortable and overall flattering. 

I had a women in tech event for work, and this dress was perfect for it. Comfortable and easy, yet still fashionable! I did have to roll up the sleeves just a little, but otherwise it fit well. I wore heels for some added length since the skirt is longer. Overall, enjoyed wearing!

fit was a little bigger than i like but the slit made it feel more sexy/feminine. very comfortable dress. would rent again and possibly buy it . 

If you have a little wider hips like me... the first layer of this dress could be a little tight. Thankfully it has the outside piece to cover up the buttons that were pulling a bit. Still a great dress and got many compliments 

Sleeves are a bit long, and overall was a bit baggy. Will rent again but in a smaller size for a more dressed up look.

Sleeves ran long - usually I have the opposite problem. It was fine, but somehow lacked a wow factor. It was quite a stark design
