The color is striking and the fabric feels luxe but this bodice runs pretty small.

Fit-and-flare dresses almost always work but sadly this was not one of those times. I'm a size 8 and I couldn't zip the bodice all the way though, judging from how it fit, the flared skirt (which usually helps to minimize the discrepancy between my waist and hips) would've only exaggerated my pear shape. The orangey-red hue really is beautiful and the notched bodice helps modernize the silhouette. It was a pretty dress that I just couldn't wear :(

My sister wore this dress to a family friend's wedding. She loved the rich color & fun petal details

My sister (who's between 5'6" & 5'7" and normally a size 6) doesn't have an account so she borrowed mine to rent this dress for a family friend's summer wedding. The color isn't as red as it appears in the photo; it's much closer to a rich, dark pink. It's a tad short but the fact that the silhouette isn't body-con helps to balance the leggy cut. The fluttery petaled layers are so pretty and feminine that it's hard not to feel happy and confident in this darling piece. Not to mention that if you have a little bit of a pooch, which fortunately my sister doesn't, this dress is very good at concealing it as the tiered construction is very forgiving and doesn't cling to that area. As far as sizing goes, my sister comfortably wore the 6.

For a family oriented formal event, I got just the right amount of coverage and visual impact!

The dress runs large so definitely size down on your back up! Being that the dress isn't too tight and has straps it's perfectly comfortable and practical for dancing. At nearly 5'9" I found the dress to be a good length, showing just enough leg to feel flirty but not so much as to expose my hoo-ha. My only real quip with this dress is that the blouson effect of the top can sometimes look a little unflattering from the side but it's not that noticeable, hence the 4 star rating. I styled it with ankle strap heeled sandals which were predominantly black with a dash of hot pink across the toes and a pink lip to pick up the color of my shoes. A simple black suede clutch with a gold tone closure, diamond studs, and a few gunmetal colored cocktail rings finished my look. Wish I'd remembered to take a photo...

Potential wardrobe malfunction successfully averted!

For my loosely draped backless (and might I add, favorite) dress, this worked perfectly!

Worn with a navy pant suit and gold sandals, this clutch was the perfect accent.

Good stitching and high quality leather in a lovely gold color - The tiny pearl detail on the wishbone makes for a nice touch too!
