Short!
Small fit my waist better, but it was too short (even for a short girl)! Was able to use fashion tape to help keep everything from moving around too much. Got so many compliments throughout the night

The perfect most flattering dress ever
Like other reviews stated, there is no stretch through the waist so be open to sizing up. I loved this dress and got tons of compliments. I normally wear 27 waist jeans and loved the way the 12 fit on me. If the petite was available, I would've preferred that length.
