Interesting asymmetrical dress that I got because I was wearing a heart monitor at the time and didn't want it to show. The fit was as expected, although honestly I can't recall whether I wore the 4 or 6. One of them worked. The left sleeve is very billowy and cool but your right arm and shoulder are left completely exposed. Thankfully I did not wear this to the wedding I was going to because red would have stuck out like a sore thumb! I thought it would be more muted but it is pretty darn red and only slightly muted/cabernet in person.

Definitely agree with the other reviewers that the straps are oddly long. Because of this, the neckline falls down far enough to show my bra, and I couldn't go without a bra because it was a tad too loose for that. I did like it though and am planning to rent it in a smaller size for another party later this month. I am hoping that with the smaller size, either 1) the straps won't be so long and the neckline won't fall down, or 2) I can basically stuff myself into it without a bra and have the smaller size hold everything in place. I might even tuck in the straps and wear it strapless. The slit is very sexy and a bit high for my comfort level, but some black tights could definitely tone down the look. I am 5'9" so on a shorter woman, the slit wouldn't come up as high as it does on me.

Perfect for a festive holiday house dance party. There is a comfortable amount of stretch. I am tall (5'9"), but the dress was long enough to go to my knees, which was great for me because it added class, but for a shorter woman it might be too long. I found the straps to be slightly too long and I did have to keep adjusting so my bra wasn't sticking out too much, but it wasn't a dealbreaker. The dress is lined and very comfortable to wear all night. The neckline was a bit low but classy despite that imho, which the length of the dress helped. Wear this if you want to stand out in a crowd, that's for sure!
