Fits well and I think flattering. You need a strapless bra otherwise the straps show.
I'm 5'6", 153 lbs...36D, 33 inch waist. This is a medium, I could have gotten into a small and the large which was my extra size was way to big. I'm a pretty solid size 8 dress.
