Great looking dress. I received a lot of compliments. However, I definitely regret not getting the longer length. The dress was the perfect length when I was bare foot, and about 1-1 1/2 inches off the ground when I put on my kitten heels. It's also important to not be bloated since the waist is really the heart of this dress, and you don't want it to 'ride up.' If you feel like that would be a problem for you, then I would suggest going up a size. A strapless bra is a necessary; otherwise, the straps will show (side bar: nude underwear not black). Finally, the smell of the dress was putrid. Unnoticeable at first, but after wearing for only 2 hours, I couldn't handle the smell anymore. I know what my stink smells like, and the aromas wafting from this Badgley Mischka were not my own. Because of the stench, the dress is getting 4 stars.
