I liked the look of this dress, liked the reviews. I liked how it looked in person. I tried it on, and it was too tight in the bodice. It did have some stretch and give, but hubby couldn't get it zipped up with me still being able to breath/move. Also, the outside material is a bit scratchy due to the sparkle, etc. Not a problem. But the inside seams were turned such that the outside material was also running down 2 strips inside of dress. I could feel these in the short time of me trying it on. Long, story short, it was too tight and I didn't wear it. I have not had a size problem with any other RTR dresses, so I don't know what happened. I'm 5'8", 140, 36C, athletic build, and got a medium (I'm an 8 or 10 in most dresses).

It was so comfortable. It packed and traveled well. It was easy to get into. I was able to wear a regular bra. It was very comfortable the whole evening. The gathering at the side with the metal braiding was elegant, and provided some coverage for any bloating. I felt elegant in it. I was wearing heals to start, then went to flats without a problem (I'm 5'8") I would definitely rent this again.

Read other's reviews and agree. I am 5'8" and 145 pounds. Also 5 months postpartum. I needed something to fit my body post-baby and while breastfeeding (I didn't breastfeed in it). The size 10L was perfect. Does run big in the bust. I was able to wear a normal bra. I wore 3 inch heals and the dress ran just to the bottom. A bit scratchy under the arms from the sequins. It is forgiving in the midsection. A negative is that I looked washed out because i have very pale skin and this dress sort of blended in.
