Just about Perfect
I ordered two dresses, and this was not my favorite when I ordered it, but the other one did not arrive. I think I ended up with the better dress. This one is great; it fits well but is a little big at the top (I am smaller up there compared to my hips), so I don’t think a smaller size would have helped. My only complaint is that it held onto the wrinkles. I spent hours ironing and steaming it, but they never budged. I finally put it in the dryer on the steam setting and went with it. I ended up loving the dress.

Just right after several RTR problems
I wanted a red dress for the event, and eventually ordered a different color and a bit more casual dress. That dress came with quality issues so I went with this as a replacement (it was high on my original list) and so glad I did. While dressy it was perfect for gala. The dress fit perfect on top. The bottom was a smidge tight (the lining) until I wore it for a bit. Easy to get around in and dance. The one downside was it was difficult to get the wrinkles out of. I also got it less than 24 hours before the event. I had a steamer and iron, and it took awhile. Lots of compliments especially the color.

This was a quick pick after getting a poor quality dress and the first backups were never sent to me. It was pretty but definitely low cut and too big in the chest. It also seemed to be more of a winter dress than heading into spring even on a cold night.

didn't wear this one, but want to leave a review
Overall, I love RTR, my dresses came a day early so gave me plenty of time to find shoes and really decide which one to wear. For this particular dress, I didn't realize this was velvet, it looked shiny and I must have missed that in the many reviews when I went back to read them after it arrived. This dress was just okay. It had too much material in the back and then the hips were more fitting yet, it was not so flattering. that was the Med. The large was way too big. In the end it didn't really fit the theme of the event and my husband said it was just okay compared to the very bright sequenced dress I wore. I think this one just washed me out, especially since I am so pale right now with winter. The fact others wrote about it, I wanted to write about it to help out someone else.

Its almost perfect… only a minor flaw
This was my 2nd choice dress and I read the reviews and ordered just a Large (I normally wear a Med). It was a tad snug in the hips but other than that it fit perfect and complimented my body type (small top and a bit bigger in the hips)! I received so many compliments at a school gala. It was the right dress for the occasion and no one had anything like it! The only complaint is the sequence stuck to my shawl and so that was a bit ruined to save the dress. The color in the picture does not do it justice, Its so much brighter in person.
