I did not choose this dress to wear.
I couldn't even get this thing over my hips, and the color is not flattering to people whose skin is the same color as the dress. Oops.

I did not wear this to an event.
The photos of the other women wearing this dress are so great, I was optimistic that it would fit. It did not. I tried both the medium and the large, and I could thankfully get into the large, but there was no way the medium would get over my hips. This dress is super uncomfortable, and unflattering if you don't have an hourglass shape to show off. It is just a tube of material with itchy sleeves that does no favors. It is also true that the color is way darker than the photo, and the color shift is not as stark.

I had a great time with my boo and my friends at the company Christmas party
I did not thing that this dress was going to fit as well as it did. All the little details really make it come together as an interesting wear. The fabric is really nice and structured, without being too confining. I liked the see-through shoulder stripe and the ruffle along the hip. It's not something I would usually pick out, but ended up really liking the fit. The stretchy-yet-strong fabric took away the need for a bra, though I could have used some more room for my chest, as I got more of a sports bra effect.

I did not wear this dress for my event.
I really liked the color and fabric of this dress. The fit was a bit strange, as the waist was a little snug, but the straps were too long/loose. There was not enough room for my chest, resulting in a sports bra-esque smooshing. I liked the shape of the skirt and could have perhaps worn it with a different blouse or sweater.

I didn't actually wear this dress for my event.
I did not end up wearing this dress for the event, as there was a different option that fit me better. I found that this dress was a bit big in the chest/shoulder area, and the sleeves were just ok. The bottom half fit pretty well, but didn't thrill me. It comes off as darker than the image may suggest. I did like the fabric, which was thick and well-put-together.
