I wore this for a garden wedding that started late afternoon and went into the night.
I wore this with a padded push-up bra as I have a small chest on a small frame. The extra padding and lift was needed to fill out the top. I still had a little gap, but that was only noticeable from certain angles. The V in the front is pretty high, so pushing up the girls still won't give you a lot of visible cleavage. The waist fit perfectly and the dress was great for the warmer weather (80s). The material is solid and not light and flimsy, but I still stayed cool.

Every one at the wedding noticed me in that dress. People that didn't know me had to comment.
Wearing Spanx underneath is a must. It will help the silky fabric lay just right. It's just the right amount of stretch for girls with curves. I'm a 32B up top and I usually wear an XS if I'm fitting for my waist and a medium if I'm fitting for my hips. This dress fit perfect. I'm short at 5'2", but with 3 inch heels, I occasionally would step on the back of the dress. If you're 5'2", I would recommend 4 inch heels.
