Short.
This is short and the bottom has potential for rucheing but in real life just makes it look like the skirt part is not sitting straight and is too small.

This was lovely and I read so many reviews and did not do it but it was not professional enough without sizing up. SO if you are between sizes or want to look more professional, size up.
