The ruffle is a little overwhelming
I've worn the Badgley Mishca Halter w/o the ruffle and loved the sleek look. I thought the ruffle would add an element of fun, but what I didn't know was how heavy the extra fabric made the dress. The straps on this dress aren't as nice as the plain halter.

I will be renting this again!
I'm pear-shaped so sheath dresses usually don't work for me unless they're tailored. By some miracle, this dress fit perfectly. I rented a 6 and an 8. They both fit, but I ultimately went with the 8 for a slightly more conservative look. The 6 looked amazing but would be more suited for going out.

Neither size fit.
I've never felt more in between sizes. I received a 6 and an 8. The 6 was too tight when I sat down and I was swimming in the 8. I imagine if I had a shorter torso the 6 would have been alright. I wanted to like this so much, but it just wasn't for me.

Pretty dress in the photos, not a great fit.
I didn't end up wearing this dress. I usually wear a 6, ordered a 4 and a 6 and needed to go smaller than the 4. I have a 27.5 inch waist and the 4 was baggy on me.
