Don’t order if you have hips
The dress was loose on the top but was so tight over my hips and butt. You should only order this dress if you don’t have hips.

Or order two sizes up. This dress was loose up top (I’m a B cup with a tiny waste) but hugged my hips and butt. The slip is super short too.
