I LOVED this dress. So beautiful.
It is see through so you need to wear something underneath it. but it was absolutely gorgeous and light. I am short so i was able to pull it up a bit at the waste (it has some elastic detail in the middle). I belted it and got so many complements.

veronica beard sizes run small It felt tight around the waste but arms felt right size.
Really cute pattern and not too thick. tiny bit itchy. It was too tight for me to wear anything under it.

The waste on this shirt is very small. no elastic or anything.
I would have loved to wear this skirt, it is a very cute fabric and I loved the pleats, but the waist was so tiny and unforgiving. I would have sized up, but I am short and i just knew the skirt would become just too big everywhere else.
