Cute and flirty! Probably would be a little short for a work event, but it was great for a wedding. Fits pretty true to size, if anything a little big because the material is very stretchy. I only had two (minor) criticisms: 1. the slip under the skirt kept riding up on my hips during vigorous dancing, so I had to keep tugging it down in order to avoid flashing everyone, and 2. the arms kept getting stuck on the rest of the dress (bc a thread would get caught on a sequin).

This dress was amazing - I got so many compliments from friends and strangers all night. As other reviews have mentioned, it's really tight around the ribs (I needed two people to help me get it zipped!), and then it was a little loose up toward the shoulders, due mainly to my total lack of a bust. Although it got a little uncomfortably tight after dinner, I can't say enough about this dress and how great it looked. Would order it again in a heartbeat.
