I was 21wks pregnant and having a bday party and wanted to use my free birthday dress (RTR Pro acct). This was "bump friendly" (so cool that's an option!) and I felt great. (my bust and weight measurements are NOT accurate since I'm currently preggers) The material is nice and stretchy and though I'm typically a small, the medium was just a little less tight and more comfy. Highly recommend! If you have a belly you're trying to downplay, I don't think this is the dress to do it. The stripes and the gather are definitely belly-accentuating. :)

This was my 5th time renting and the first time it wasn't a perfect experience. They didn't have my first choice in my size, and this one only arrived in the 2 (I'm usually a 4, but this is stretchy so it was OK). In their photo it looks like a cap-sleeve and a high leg slit, it wasn't cap and the slit only went to the knee. I still felt good and a strapless bra worked perfectly. Best yet? RTR sent me an apology box of Godiva chocolates (I have a PRO account, and I'm a top contributor, but I didn't even post a negative review! Talk about service!). I've just put in my order for a Valentine's Day date dress for a trip to SF. I'm an RTR customer for life!

I wore very high heels and still needed to pick it up to walk/dance so be sure to have HIGH heels unless you're much taller than 5'6. It was very flattering and with the higher waist I could eat and breathe without sucking it in! Plus, I was the ONLY one not wearing black, navy, or red.

The bodice is a bit tight, there is boning... but the waist is high enough that I could breathe and not have to worry about the muffin-top effect. Simple and elegant. A bit hard to dance in, the leg opening is small. So as long as you aren't "getting down" you're good to go!

It has pockets!! I'm normally a 2 or 4 (rented both and the 2 was perfect). Works well with a strapless bra and I had a white pashmina and platform wedges. Oh, and did I mention it has pockets?!

The waist is teeny and I have pretty big ribs, so I wouldn't exactly call it comfortable... but it sure was cute! I got lots of compliments on it and my aunt even surprised me by wearing the size 4 and cracking all of us up.

I wore this dress to dinner and a Cirque du Soleil show. It was classy AND comfortable... the length wasn't too revealing, and a strapless bra worked perfectly. I typically wear a size 4, but the 2 fit perfectly. If you order two sizes I'd order your regular and one smaller. This would be good for a bridal shower, or even a wedding... any event where you are more concerned with making a good impression than showing some skin! I'm "pear shaped" (I have hips and a butt, but no other curves) and it fit like a glove.
