I'm 5'9" and the 4L was perfect. Without shoes it grazed the floor and with medium heels it worked great. It fit great, was very comfortable all night, and didn't make me feel pale at all (which I was worried about since its winter!)

I rented this for a summer cocktail party and received a lot of compliments! I'm sometimes a 4 and sometimes a 6 but the 4 was perfect. It definitely flares a bit below the waist--more than it appears to in this photo--so that makes it dressier. It was very comfortable! I'd recommend.

I wore this for a white tie ball. In jeans I'm a 27 or 28, and I wore the 4L in this dress. The booty was a little tighter than ideal but the chest was too big so I couldn't wear the size 6L dress. It was very comfortable except for falling down a lot because it was big on top, and I got a lot of compliments on it!

I am usually a 4/6 and the M in this was perfect. The S wouldn't even zip. The M was great and was comfortable all night! The sequins were a little itchy under my arms but that's to be expected :-)

I loved this dress! I wore it to a white tie event with long white gloves. It was super comfortable (although a tad heavy) and the slit made it comfortable to sit in. The slit and ruffles also looked awesome whenever I walked! I normally wear a 4-6 in a dress (and 28 jeans) and the 4R fit perfectly. I'm pretty tall so I tried the 4 Long but it was way too long in back for dancing. The Regular was perhaps an inch shorter in front than I would have liked, but the back was perfect so I didn't step on it dancing. So I'd say don't go for a Long unless you're at least 5'10".

I am a solid 6 in pretty much everything I wear. Occasionally in designer stuff I am an 8 since they run smaller (for example: a DVF wrap dress). So I ordered this in a 6L and 8L. The 6L was ok everywhere else but really big in the bust. Even with a padded strapless bra, there was tons of room. A 4L probably would have been better overall since the 6L wasn't exactly tight anywhere. The long length was perfect for wearing 3" heels. I loved having the long length option! Overall the dress was super comfortable and easy to wear and I loved it!
