I ended up going with another dress for my event, but this was beautiful. I will definitely be renting this again for another formal event or wedding. The straps were a little bit tight on me, but the overall fit was great.

I was worried this dress would be too short, since most of the reviewers before me were inches shorter than I am. Even with the 3" heels I wore this dress looked incredible. The length was perfect for the Newport Polo charity gala at the Rosecliff Mansion in Newport. I never had to worry about the bottom dragging on the ground outside or about anyone stepping on it. The straps were a little loose, but not enough where I had to worry about them falling off. The slit does go up very high, so if you don't want to show some leg or if it's exceptionally windy this might not be the dress for you. Overall I loved wearing this dress and got so many compliments throughout the night!!! Would definitely rent again for another formal event
