I got so many compliments on this dress!!! Rented for my husband’s military ball and it was the perfect black tie material. For the ball, I was firmly 36 weeks pregnant. I ordered both the L and XL. I went with the XL due to my bump but the L was definitely still roomy in the top. Yes the length is not short person friendly, but I just wore my tried and true heels and it worked out! My usual size is M/L depending on the brand, so if you’re going to be nearing the end of your second trimester or well into your third, SIZE UP! I wore regular undergarments as well! The fabric is thick and doesn’t need a slip.
