When I read the reviews, I went ultra cautious. I teeter between sizes 8 and 10, but I wear size 32H bra, so I ordered a 10 & 12. Honestly, I think the 8 would have worked better. Don't get me wrong, the dress was FABULOUS! The top does not have any stretch and was a little difficult to zip up on my own, but once it was on, there was plenty of space. I think as long as you have someone help you zip the dress up, then you will be fine. I think it runs true to size and maybe even a little large. The split was just right! Shows just the right amount of leg. When you are standing still, you can't really see it, but as you walk, you get to show off your leg just a little. The dress runs LONG! This is the first time in my life that I have had a dress be way too long, but I much prefer too long over too short! I am 5'9" and wore 2.5/3 inch heels. When I put on 4.5 inch heels, it was perfect, but I didn't feel like towering over people all night and I wanted to dance. Overall, the dress was great! :)

I rented this dress for the Inaugural Ball. Unfortunately, nothing about this dress worked for me. It was too short, too tight, and overall ill fitting. I am 5'9" and the dress was several inches off the ground when I was barefoot. I could practically see my ankles. I am pretty busty, so I figured the dress might be a little snug up top, but it squished me in and just looked awful. I was quite surprised: I rented another full-length gown from the same designer and the length and fit were great. I actually couldn't wear the dress at all and had to send it back. I still love RTR, but this dress looked gorgeous online and just looked awful on me.

This dress was beautiful!! The fit was not what I hoped, but I loved it anyway. The dress runs small. I normally wear a medium, but I had to wear the large, mostly because of the length. This dress is short! This was a NYE dress for me, so in this weather, bare legs would have been a bad idea anyway, but it would have looked inappropriately short without tights. This dress can get really hot, so if you're planning a night of dancing, be prepared. The sequins are a little scratchy, but it's sequins...comes with the territory. Overall, really enjoyed the dress.

I previously rented the floor-length version of this dress (BEST dress ever!) for a formal gala, so I thought this would be a great option for a wedding that was not quite as formal. I enjoyed the dress, but the quality of the material was not as great as the other (it was fairly thin). The dress runs a little large, so you should consider ordering a size down. It was not easy to find shoes that went well with it, but I ended up wearing a pair of sparkly, multi-color shoes with a similar rose-gold quality to them. The dress looks great, but the quality isn't quite worth 5 stars.

This was the best dress I have ever worn! Unfortunately, I didn't get too many great pictures of myself in it! It sparkles and shines, but is not over the top. I had multiple women (and you know compliments mean more coming from women!) say that of the 1,400 people at the event, I was the best dressed. Men ooh'd and ahh'd over it! I can't stress how awesome it is!! The dress runs large!! As long as you order correctly, it will fit you like a glove. I usually wear a 10, so I ordered a 6 & 8 and ended up wearing the 6. The dress has a lot of give; it is pretty stretchy. The color is rose gold, so it was a little difficult finding accessories that matched well, but really, we dress doesn't need much accessorizing. I am busty (32 H) and so at times I felt a little exposed up top, but I safety pinned it to a good spot and it worked well. The hollywood tape works as well. Again...Best Dress Ever!

This dress was great! Everyone loved it! I found that it ran a bit small and I actually ended up wearing the larger of the two sizes. Its pretty short, but I think the picture acurately shows the length. The cut and fabric make it figure forgiving if you have a tummy, but for me that was a problem b/c I have a small waist and large bust, so I did not fit me tight enough around the waist and I looked a little bit bigger than I actually am. That being said, I am probably the only person that noticed and I got praises all night for the outfit!
