The back detail makes this dress!
I was eyeing this dress for awhile on RTR and finally had an occasion to wear it for DC's Diner en Blanc. I tried it on in the Georgetown store and it fit like glove, very true to size. Love the back detail — I much preferred how it looked from the back than the front. I got away without wearing a bra, but if you had a good nude strapless you could definitely wear it. You would think that the sequins would be itchy, but I didn't find them bothersome at all. Might not be an ideal dress for shorter girls though — the waist and the length hit me perfectly, but I can see it being an issue for someone with less height. The only issue I had/reason I'm not giving 5 stars: Because this is such a popular rental (as evidenced by the reviews) my dress came with a very faint stain on the chest. No one else seemed to notice, but I was concerned it would show up in pictures. Overall, great dress!

Wore this for a work event and LOVED it!
Got an insane amount of compliments on this look — it was comfortable, fit like a dream, and definitely eye-catching, especially when worn as a set. Definitely recommend comparing the sizing though; I usually wear a 4 and this was a 10 but it fit like a glove. Not standard sizing, which might screw you up. I was fortunate enough to have a RTR store near me where I was able to try on the designer prior to ordering this, so I knew my sizing. The only con is it's difficult to wear a bra with this — the back goes kind of low, and the nude panel down the front (my favorite part of the top). However, because the top was fitted it provided the support I needed (I'm fairly busty). Love this look, wish I could've kept it!
