I'm a few months post-partum and needed a dress that would fit my new 2-cups larger bra size (34DD). I wore a 2 or 4 pre-pregnancy and have lost all the baby weight, but my clothes don't fit quite the same. This dress in a Small stretched to fit really well. It is a thick striped fabric so it covers any bumps (but I still wore my Spanx). I'm 5' 4" and was able to wear 3.5 in heels, the dress wasn't too short for a professional environment. If you're any taller I'd go with a smaller heel.

I rented this dress for my baby shower. I'm not a pink or pastel person, and I prefer fitted maternity styles, nothing ruffly, frilly, etc. This dress is perfect. Black, modern, stretchy style and cut with a not over-the-top floral print. I rented a Small and Medium, the Medium is definitely more comfortable but is still fitted enough to not look frumpy. I am pre-pregnancy 2/4, 5' 4" 123 lbs, currently at 34 weeks 148 lbs and around a 36 C/D. I'm very happy with this dress!

This was my backup dress, but I loved the fit and ended up wearing it. Other reviews warned about the black lining coming out up front so I used fashion tape to keep it down, worked perfectly. My 34D boobs barely fit, I couldn't wear a bra, but there was enough support that I got away with just breast petals. I am pre-pregnancy size 4. Currently a size 6 at 130lbs with a 20-week bump. Length was perfect with 3" heels, I am 5' 4".

I ordered 2 sizes, 42L and 44L. The 44 was very snug so I didn't even try the 42. I was 20 weeks pregnant when I received the dress. The fit was perfect and very comfortable. I did end up wearing the backup Nicole Miller Jetson dress as it felt a bit sexier, this dress was more conservative. I am pre-pregnancy size 4. Currently a size 6 and 130lbs. Length was perfect with 3" heels, I am 5' 4".
