I didn't end up wearing. I'm more like a 12, but because of curves a 14 if the dress isn't stretchy. The 14 was comfortable. Find a comfortable low back bra or boob tape for large breasts. I was comfortable in this dress, but felt like it didn't flatter me well. It didn't show any cleavage. Didn't love, but it looked decent enough. Long is good for 5'7" and heels.

I didn't end up wearing because it's not very secure and became too much of an ordeal to keep my breasts in. Others mentioned, and I agree, be prepared to use some safety pins. It's a true wrap around and the snap closure did not stay put. I loved the way it looked on me, but felt so uncomfortable having safety pinned and boob taped everything in order to stay put. A size up might have been easier to do that with since the dress does not have any give. I'm 5'7" and with heels the length of the Long was perfect. Maybe another time.
