This was a great "winter" dress with it leather like accents. Perfect for a concert
This dress has a nice stretch to the fabric. The leather accents allow you to dress it up or rock it out. I chose stockings and boots because it was a shorter dress and I'm just more comfortable with tights in the winter. The pockets are faux which is great because there is no pucker. The fit was true to size. No zipper on this but it still fit my hips nice with no struggle to get on or off

Beautiful dress. Wore to Thanksgiving dinner. The fabric was comfortable and loved the pockets.
The dress was really comfortable. Plenty of room for my hips because of the flair bottom. Loved the pockets. I could have gone down one size but the dress still looked good. So well made. I would even consider going with this dress again.

Lovely dress nice fit.
I didn't end up wearing this choice for my Gatsby party but my friend did. My other RTR dress was a better 1920's style but, this dress was stunning. I would definatley order again. It felt amazing on with a nice amount of give in my hips. It was flattering to the figure and elegant.

I tried this dress on but it wasn't my choice as it was sent as a replacement for a different dress. The dress cut didn't work for me. It was a little snug in the hips and too large in the shoulders and chest. The front of the dress inside lining at the chest area was showing, I suppose that fashion tape could have held in down but since I had another dress to chose from I didn't have to worry about that. The length is perfect with a 3 1/2 or 4 inch heel. Overall it was a beautiful color but for my body type it wasn't a good match.

Gatsby themed Christmas party
My first experience with RTR. I ordered 2 dresses. My biggest concern was that the dress was going to look and smell worn. They did not. The dresses were very nice. I ordered a blue sequins Nicole Miller and this beige Carmen Marc Valvo. This was my second choice but it looked awesome and fit the theme of the 1920's. I wear a 6 and have an hour glass figure. It fit perfect. It was very comfortable, I did not find the sequins scratchy under or around the arm as others have said. I am 5'4 and the length with heels was perfect enough not to trip over the dress or have to hold it up when walking. Another plus was that I didn't have to wear spanx with this dress.
