No chain strap.
This was a high quality leather. But I rented it for a concert. Loved the chain strap in photo but arrived with a thick leather strap I didn't care for.

Someone in reviews that said they got attention from all the guys AND girls. That is no joke.
Only con was having to buy a special U shaped bra which I loved (from Bare Necessities). But getting to feel beautiful and confident for one night, (even with weight gain and at age 57...) worth it. It's absolutely stunning in a "not trying too hard way". I wore it with black high waisted Spanx trousers which was perfect for this short top. I made it slightly longer by wrapping the sash around twice. This top would be gorgeous on a women with small breasts and maybe you wouldn't even need a bra, just wardrobe tape.

I'm not confident enough to wear this. But it's a beautiful quality fabric. LOVE the 70's vibe.
I felt too "big" in it because of the pattern but I know that's my deal, not the dresses fault. I'll probably try again later.
