The knot at shoulder is an actual twist of the fabric, it definitely FELT bulkier than it looked. Shows a lot of shoulder for you over 50s gals like me! Comfy and great thick stretch fabric. I could have gone a size smaller to hug the curves, wish I had taken pictures :/
