Held me over!
I wore this dress for Easter- church, brunch, party. It was very comfortable and chic. I am 5'3" and the skirt fell just below my knew with a pencil-skirt type fit (snug) which I liked. I am self conscience about my middle and the high waistline and peplum did the trick and I felt great. The weight was lighter than I thought it would be - a plus, I think for spring and summer.

NOt for me
I ordered this dress because so many other girls with my body type wore it and liked it. When I tried it, though, the dress was wayyy too long and super tight around my ribs. I wear a 6/8 and the 8 for this one was tight. I am also thicker in the rib area, so maybe not wise for me to try a dress that hits there so tightly. There was no give, though, and many RTR dresses have a little give to them so I have not had a problem. Better for a taller, narrower person.

I actually never put the necklace on because the dress didn't work out. HOwever, I loved the RTR did send it in a nice box. The necklace was exactly as described and I live the matte teal beads among the bling.

Minimalist statement!
I loved the fit and I am a little thick in the middle - a high waist line and color blocking on the dress helped. The weight was quite nice and would be just fine through the seasons. I felt like I stood out at the party without looking like I was trying to hard. Thanks, RTR!

Just perfect!
This was such a win for me. Print is really big now and this is nice one, but the black in the back and the accentuated zipper kept it edgy. The lace is on the print, not a textured layer, so that kept it very modern. I am petite, so it could have been shorter, but with really high heels this was still just fine for a wedding. No problem wearing a bra and the fabric is great for warmer weather but still stiff enough to cover problem areas without showing bulge. Also, the waist line falls a little higher on the dress, so it lays flat over the tummy - a plus for me! I wear 6/8/M, 5'2", 127 pounds, 34B and the six was perfect. I wore minimalist heels as styled on the model.

So flattering post baby!
I was disappointed when I first received it because I thought the material looked really cheap - definitely not $600 worth as is the actual retail price of the dress. However, the dress was so, so flattering that it almost entirely made up for it. I just had two kids back to back and am really self conscience about my baby weight in the middle, this relieved me from spending a lot of money on what I hope is a temporary size, the agony of going store to store looking for a tummy hiding dress, and the time involved. I looked very different from everyone and that made me feel pretty good, too. I wore with shiny gold shoes and black earrings, although shiny gold earring would go also. I ordered both the 8R and 8L because I heard it ran short with heels. I am 5'2" and I was able to wear 4 inch heels with the regular dress, BUT the dress hung about 1/2 inch above the floor.
