This was not the original dress that I ordered to a very formal event (think ballgown formal). My original order was not returned to RTR on time, and the backup that RTR selected was too revealing. I called into customer service, and they were wonderful. They spent so much time helping me find this dress 1 day before the actual event and they made sure that I received it on time! I was the Chair of the event, so an appropriate dress was critical, and Rent The Runway customer service was amazing! Thank you! I received so many compliments on this dress!
