Great dress!
I wore this to a wedding. The length was floor without shoes, so any heel will be good--I wore 2". I did use fabric tape on the top to make sure it stayed in place and it worked perfectly--no pinning or special bras needed. (I usually worry that the tops will be too revealing for my more endowed chest.) At least on my body, the waist was loose, not hanging, just comfortable. I highly recommend it.
