Not good for muscular arms!
I should've known better than to order a dress with sleeves that fit like they do on the model in the photo. If you have any muscles at all in your arms this dress will not work. Even in the size up, I almost could get the sleeves on, and definitely couldn't lift my arms at all.

Loved this!
This had a very flattering shape that hid all the parts in the midsection that I am self-conscious about. I always love an asymmetrical neck as well, it looks great with muscular arms/shoulders.
