Comfortable and flowy, but not too large that it's unflattering
I wore this for a work retreat dinner with a pair of flats and I was comfortable and received tons of compliments. The sleeves are beautiful and the fit around the hips helps give the dress a little bit of shape. If you're not hippy, you can definitely size down.

Fun and easy to wear with almost anything!
I wore this with jeans to a birthday party and black pants for work - worked perfectly in both occasions. It's structured enough so that it has shape, but not so much so that you can't dress it up or down. Will absolutely rent again!

Loved this dress - it was comfortable and easy to dress up with a blazer or down with a jean jacket
The brand Slate & Willow runs small for me, but this dress was "true to size" for the brand. Even though there was no lining, I wasn't worried about the dress being see-through. The fit is fun and comfortable and I will definitely be renting this again
